Connect with an open heart

What made this summer conference yet another unique and special event? By the end, most of the 50 participants were able to connect with open hearts—how did that happen? Through trust!

How is trust built in a large group where most people know each other little or not at all?

An important part of the program is working in groups of varying sizes. It is easier to build trust in a small, stable group. For this reason, practice groups of three or four people are formed. These groups remain the same throughout the week. Working with Logosynthesis helps foster trust within these small groups. Once trust has been established within these small groups, people feel secure and have the courage to connect with an open heart in the larger working groups. These groups consist of about 10 people and are led by a trainer and a co-trainer. These groups also remain unchanged throughout the week. In the plenary sessions, we had presentations in the large group on topics related to connecting with an open heart.

In addition, we had a special group-dynamic experience: we sat on chairs arranged in a spiral. In this seating arrangement, we explored what was happening within the group—both internally and externally. This allows for new insights into ourselves and others.

In a structure like this, it’s possible to connect with an open heart—even in a group of 50 people. And when hearts are open and exchange is possible, we learn an enormous amount on various levels.

A safe space is created where this event takes place. The members of the management team, the trainers, and the assistant trainers prepare the structure, the location, and the facilities, and welcome the participants with open hearts. By the time the participants arrive, trust and courage are already present in the system.

This year's conference was an excellent example of how trust and courage can develop and how a connection born of open hearts becomes possible—from small groups to large ones.

The learning experience regarding trust, courage, essence, and the Matrix at every level—from the individual to the larger system—is immense, and we will never forget this 2023 Logosynthesis Summer Conference.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this conference, whether as a trainer, co-trainer, translator, or participant. Each and every one of you played an important role in making this process a reality!

Connecting From an Open Heart

What, once again, made this Summer Conference the most unique and special event, where most of the 50 people in attendance were able to connect with open hearts? One key factor in making this happen is trust!

How is trust built in a large group of people, where many don't know each other?

An important part of the concept is working in groups of varying sizes. It is easier to build trust in a small, stable group. Therefore, practice groups of three or four people are formed. These groups remain the same throughout the week. The work with Logosynthesis helps build trust within these small groups. Then, once trust has been established within these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect openly and wholeheartedly in the larger working groups. These groups consist of about 10 people and are led by a trainer and a co-trainer. These groups also remain unchanged for the entire week.

And during the plenary sessions, as a whole group, we heard presentations on theoretical and practical topics related to connecting from the open heart. In addition, we engaged in a special group dynamic exercise, sitting in a spiral and exploring what was happening both inside and outside the group’s field. This allowed us to gain new insights about ourselves and others.

This structure makes it possible to connect from an open heart—even in a group of 50. And when hearts are open and sharing is possible, so much learning takes place on many different levels.

There is a safe space that provides a setting for this event. The staff—including the management team, trainers, and co-trainers—are preparing the structure, the venue, and a warm welcome for the participants. By the time the participants arrive, trust and courage are already present in the environment.

This year’s conference was a brilliant example of how trust and courage developed and how it was possible to connect from open hearts—from small groups to large ones.

The insights we gained about trust, courage, Essence, and the Matrix at all levels—from the individual to the larger system—were immense, and we will never forget this 2023 Logosynthesis Summer Conference.

Connected by an open heart

What made this summer conference once again a unique and special event, where most of the 50 participants were able to connect with open hearts? Trust was a key factor in making this possible!

How do you build trust in a group of 50 people, many of whom don't know each other?

Part of the concept is working in groups of varying sizes. It’s easier to build trust in a small, stable group. So practice groups of three or four people are formed. These groups remain the same throughout the week. Logosynthesis supports the building of trust within these small groups. So, when there is trust within these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect openly and wholeheartedly in the larger working groups. These are groups of about 10 people, led by a facilitator and a co-facilitator. Furthermore, these groups remain the same throughout the week.

And during the plenary sessions, with the entire group, we had presentations on theoretical and practical topics related to open-hearted connection. In addition, we created a special dynamic group experience by sitting in a spiral and exploring what happens both inside and outside the group’s energy field.

All of this makes it possible to connect with an open heart, even in a group of 50 people. And when hearts are open and sharing is possible, you learn so much on many different levels. There is a safe space that encompasses this event. The staff—including the management team, facilitators, and co-facilitators—prepares the framework, the venue, and the warm welcome for participants with open hearts. By the time the participants arrive, trust and courage are already part of the atmosphere.

This year’s conference was a brilliant example of how trust and courage have evolved and how it has been possible to connect with open hearts—from small groups to large ones.
