The LIA announces a new board structure.\n<\/p>

Logosynthesis is an integrative, energetic model to support healing and development. In order to continue to support quality and further development, the LIA is restructuring! The new organization is intended to reflect the LIA’s international reach and strategic direction, with the aim of better supporting LIA members in their training and further learning.<\/p>\n

At the LIA’s upcoming general meeting on March 16, 2023, members will vote on the adoption of the new organization and elect new board members. The board will consist of a strategic committee and an operational board. Heike Rudolf von Rohr will lead the English-speaking Board of Trustees as President and Ernst Aebi will take over the position of Executive Director of the German-speaking Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

The future \u201cChairs\u201d of the proposed new organization met for an online meeting on November 23, 2022 and are looking forward to starting work together. Willem offered an inspiring reflection to support our path forward. Willem and Ernst, who has led the LIA as president since its founding, described the impressive development of today’s LIA over the last nine years. Ernst then showed the group the path to a new organization and structure. <\/p>\n

Heike introduced herself and talked about her motivation for getting involved with the LIA in order to spread logosynthesis in the world. She invited the participants to contribute their goals and ideas for the upcoming work.<\/p>\n

Monika Koller Schinca, Chair of \u201cEvents,\u201d summed up the group\u2019s mood: \u201cMy work is to empower people, and that\u2019s what Logosynthesis offers. The Logosynthesis community is a family. And our work together gives me strength and hope for a better world.\u201d<\/p>\n

LIA announces new board structure.<\/p>\n

Logosynthesis is an integrative, energy model to support healing and development. To continue to support the quality and further development of the model, LIA is restructuring! The new board will reflect an international scope and strategic direction to better support LIA members in their training and further learning.<\/p>\n

At the upcoming General Assembly of LIA on March 16, 2023 members will vote to adopt new statutes and elect new Board members. The board will consist of a Strategic Board of Trustees and an Operating Board of Directors. Heike Rudolf von Rohr will lead the English-speaking Board of Trustees as President and Ernst Aebi will assume the position of Executive Director of the German-speaking Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

The new Board was excited to meet on November 23, 2022 and are eager to get started in their work together. Willem offered an inspiring reflection to support our path forward. Willem and Ernst, who has been leading the LIA as president since its foundation, described the impressive development of the current LIA in the last 9 years. Ernst then showed the group the path to a new organization and structure. <\/p>\n

Heike introduced herself and shared her motivation for the engagement with LIA for spreading Logosynthesis across the world. She invited the participants to express their purpose and ideas for contributing to the work ahead.<\/p>\n

La LIA annonce une nouvelle structure de son comit\u00e9 directeur.<\/p>\n

La Logosynth\u00e8se est un mod\u00e8le int\u00e9gratif et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de soutien \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison et au d\u00e9veloppement. Pour continuer \u00e0 soutenir la qualit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement, la LIA se restructure ! Le nouveau conseil refl\u00e9tera une port\u00e9e internationale et une orientation strat\u00e9gique pour mieux soutenir les membres de la LIA dans leur formation et leur apprentissage continu.<\/p>\n

Lors de la prochaine Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la LIA, le 16 mars 2023, les membres voteront sur l\u2019adoption de nouveaux statuts et \u00e9liront les nouveaux membres du conseil d\u2019administration. Le conseil d\u2019administration sera compos\u00e9 d\u2019un comit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique et d\u2019un comit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnel. Heike Rudolf von Rohr dirigera le Board of Trustees anglophone en tant que Pr\u00e9sidente et Ernst Aebi assumera la fonction de Directeur Executif du conseil d\u2019administration germanophone.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau conseil \u00e9tait ravi de se r\u00e9unir le 23 novembre 2022 et a h\u00e2te de commencer son travail ensemble. Willem a offert une r\u00e9flexion inspirante pour soutenir notre marche \u00e0 suivre. Willem et Ernst, qui dirige la LIA en tant que pr\u00e9sident depuis sa fondation, ont d\u00e9crit le d\u00e9veloppement impressionnant de la LIA actuelle au cours des neuf derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ernst a ensuite montr\u00e9 au groupe le voie vers une nouvelle organisation et structure.<\/p>\n

Heike s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e et a partag\u00e9 sa motivation pour l\u2019engagement avec LIA afin de diffuser la Logosynth\u00e8se a travers le monde. Elle a invit\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 exprimer leurs objectifs et de leurs id\u00e9es pour le travail \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n

Auguriamo a ciascuno un tempo meraviglioso e un buon inizio di anno nuovo<\/strong>\n<\/h3>

LIA annuncia la nuova struttura del consiglio di amministrazione.<\/p>\n

Logosintesi \u00e8 un modello energetico integrato per supportare la guarigione e lo sviluppo. Per continuare a sostenere la qualit\u00e0 e l\u2019ulteriore sviluppo del modello, la LIA si sta ristrutturando! Il nuovo consiglio rifletter\u00e0 una portata internazionale e una direzione strategica per supportare meglio i soci della LIA nella loro formazione e negli ulteriori percorsi di apprendimento.<\/p>\n

Alla prossima Assemblea Generale della LIA del 16 marzo 2023 i soci voteranno per adottare nuovi statuti ed eleggere nuovi membri del Consiglio. Il Consiglio sar\u00e0 composto da un consiglio di amministrazione con carattere strategico e da un consiglio direttivo operativo. Heike Rudolf von Rohr guider\u00e0 il Consiglio di amministrazione di lingua inglese in qualit\u00e0 di Presidente ed Ernst Aebi assumer\u00e0 la carica di Direttore esecutivo del Consiglio direttivo di lingua tedesca.<\/p>\n

Il membri del nuovo Consiglio sono stati entusiasti di incontrarsi il 23 novembre 2022 e non vedono l\u2019ora di iniziare a lavorare insieme. Willem ha offerto una riflessione stimolante per sostenere il nostro cammino da qui in avanti. Willem ed Ernst, che ha guidato la LIA come presidente sin dalla sua fondazione, hanno descritto l\u2019impressionante sviluppo dell\u2019attuale LIA negli ultimi 9 anni. Ernst ha quindi mostrato al gruppo il percorso verso una nuova organizzazione e struttura.<\/p>\n

Heike si \u00e8 presentata e ha condiviso la sua motivazione nell\u2019impegno a diffondere Logosintesi in tutto il mondo attraverso Lia. Ha invitato i partecipanti a esprimere il loro scopo e le loro idee per contribuire al lavoro futuro.<\/p>\n

Monika Koller Schinca, presidente del settore eventi, ha colto il sentimento del gruppo: \u201cIl mio lavoro implica dare potere alle persone e questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che offre Logosintesi.
