Unsere digitale Infrastruktur spielt eine wichtige Rolle dabei, diese wachsende internationale Gemeinschaft zu unterst\u00fctzen. In diesem Jahr haben wir mit der Neugestaltung unserer LIA-Website begonnen, um unsere neue Markenidentit\u00e4t widerzuspiegeln. Und w\u00e4hrend wir verschiedene Vorschl\u00e4ge gepr\u00fcft haben, ist etwas Spannendes entstanden:<\/p>\n

LIA wird immer internationaler<\/h2>\n

Logosynthesis\u00ae erreicht immer mehr L\u00e4nder und Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt. Hinter diesem Wachstum stehen Menschen, die die Initiative ergreifen, das Modell vor Ort bekannt zu machen und weiterzuentwickeln. Hier teilen drei Pioniere ihre Vision und ihren Weg.<\/p>\n

Ich bin Uros Rajakovic<\/strong>, Psychotherapeut in Serbien und auf dem Weg zum Master Practitioner in Logosynthese\u00ae. Logosynthese\u00ae in unserer Region einzuf\u00fchren, war eine zutiefst transformative Reise, die durch die wertvolle Unterst\u00fctzung, Begleitung und Supervision internationaler Trainer im vergangenen Jahrzehnt m\u00f6glich wurde. Meine Arbeit und das Wachstum unserer lokalen Gemeinschaft w\u00e4ren ohne meine engagierten Kollegen, deren Hingabe und Unterst\u00fctzung ich in unserer t\u00e4glichen Arbeit sp\u00fcre, nicht vorstellbar.<\/p>\n

Gemeinsam haben wir eine vertrauensw\u00fcrdige Grundlage geschaffen, die Klient:innen eine sanfte, strukturierte und wirksame M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, mit traumatischen Erfahrungen zu arbeiten und ihre lebenswichtige Energie wieder freizusetzen. Mein Ziel ist es, dieses unterst\u00fctzende Netzwerk in der Region durch Workshops, die Unterst\u00fctzung bei Seminaren und die Zertifizierung von Praktizierenden weiter auszubauen. Letztlich m\u00f6chten wir, dass Logosynthese\u00ae in Serbien und dar\u00fcber hinaus als ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz f\u00fcr Heilung und tiefgreifende pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung anerkannt wird.<\/p>\n

Ich bin D\u00e9bora Gionotto<\/strong> und freue mich sehr, zu den Pionier zu geh\u00f6ren, die Logosynthese\u00ae nach Brasilien bringen. Als Psychoanalytikerin integriere ich Logosynthese\u00ae in meine klinische Arbeit, insbesondere in der Begleitung von Klient:innen mit \u00c4ngsten, emotionaler Belastung und wiederkehrenden Mustern. Dabei habe ich bereits selbst das transformative Potenzial dieses Ansatzes in der Praxis erfahren.
Mein Ziel ist es, Logosynthese\u00ae in Brasilien zunehmend bekannt und zug\u00e4nglich zu machen und dabei die Tiefe, Ethik und Qualit\u00e4t des Modells zu bewahren. Gleichzeitig m\u00f6chte ich M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Workshops und Basisausbildungen in verschiedenen Regionen des Landes schaffen.<\/p>\n

Ich glaube, wenn wir an uns selbst arbeiten und das heilen, was geheilt werden m\u00f6chte, k\u00f6nnen wir bewusster werden und unsere innere Energie ver\u00e4ndert sich. Dies kann wiederum einen positiven Einfluss auf die Menschen um uns herum haben.
Das ist einer der Gr\u00fcnde, warum ich diese Arbeit so liebe: Es geht nicht nur darum, uns selbst zu heilen, sondern auch darum, uns zu ver\u00e4ndern und bewusster zu werden. Und wenn unser Bewusstsein w\u00e4chst, k\u00f6nnen wir auch anderen helfen, ihr Bewusstsein zu erweitern.<\/p>\n

Ich bin Alan Rojas Yacolca<\/strong>, integrativer Therapeut mit Sitz in Lima, Peru, und arbeite mit Klient:innen in Amerika und Europa. Logosynthese\u00ae ist zu einem zentralen Bestandteil meiner Arbeit geworden: Es erm\u00f6glicht schnelle Erleichterung und tiefgreifende Ver\u00e4nderung \u2013 und das auf m\u00fchelose Weise, sowohl in meinem eigenen Leben als auch in meiner Arbeit mit Klient:innen.<\/p>\n

Als Gr\u00fcnder und Leiter des Andes Institute biete ich Webinare, Programme und einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Ausbildungsweg an, der vollst\u00e4ndig auf dem Modell basiert. Mein Ziel ist es, Peru zur ersten spanischsprachigen Ausbildungsst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr Logosynthese\u00ae zu machen und damit spanischsprachigen Fachpersonen in ganz Lateinamerika die M\u00f6glichkeit zu er\u00f6ffnen, Logosynthese\u00ae kennenzulernen und zu erlernen.<\/p>\n

Im Oktober gehe ich auf diesem Weg einen konkreten n\u00e4chsten Schritt: Gemeinsam mit Shanda veranstalte ich ein Basic Seminar, welches ich \u2013 als Teil meiner Entwicklung auf dem Weg zum zertifizierten LIA Trainer \u2013 co-leiten werde.
Es ist ein echtes Privileg und eine grosse Ehre, dazu beizutragen, die Logosynthese\u00ae in der spanischsprachigen Region weiterzuverbreiten. Denn dies entspricht meiner tiefsten Mission: Ich bin hier, um zu heilen und zu wachsen.
Und ich habe erkannt, dass ich dieser Mission am besten dienen kann, indem ich andere Fachpersonen, Therapeut, Berater und Coaches weiterbilde, die wiederum viele weitere Menschen erreichen k\u00f6nnen \u2013 weit mehr, als ich es allein jemals k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n

Im Namen der LIA Logosynthesis\u00ae International Association danken wir Alan Rojas Yacolca aus Lima, Peru, herzlich f\u00fcr seinen Einsatz als Chair of Local Organizations und als Mitglied des Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Alan \u00fcbernahm diese Aufgabe im Jahr 2023, zu einem wichtigen Zeitpunkt in der Entwicklung der Governance-Struktur der LIA. Seine Amtszeit fiel in die fr\u00fche Entwicklung der englischsprachigen Ebene des Board of Trustees, die parallel zum deutschsprachigen Board of Directors eingerichtet wurde, das die Association seit ihrer Gr\u00fcndung im Jahr 2014 geleitet hatte. Mit seiner lebendigen, einf\u00fchlsamen und ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Art, mit Menschen in Verbindung zu treten, hat Alan die Rolle und ihren m\u00f6glichen Beitrag zu einer wachsenden internationalen Gemeinschaft mitgepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n

Als Chair of Local Organizations brachte Alan Energie, Verbindung und ein echtes Engagement f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Logosynthese\u00ae-Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt ein. Er unterst\u00fctzte bestehende lokale Organisationen in den Niederlanden, Italien und Gro\u00dfbritannien und trug gleichzeitig zur Gr\u00fcndung und Entwicklung lebendiger neuer Chapters in Serbien und Frankreich bei. Bei dieser Arbeit geht es um weit mehr als organisatorische Strukturen. Lokale Organisationen schaffen M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Praktizierende und Mitglieder, sich zu treffen, zu lernen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Logosynthese\u00ae in ihre eigenen Gemeinschaften zu tragen. Alan erkannte auch die Bedeutung internationaler Vernetzung.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Vor sieben Jahren war er an der gemeinsamen Entwicklung des Logosynthesis\u00ae Day beteiligt, der inzwischen zu einer j\u00e4hrlichen Gelegenheit f\u00fcr unsere internationale Gemeinschaft geworden ist, zusammenzukommen.<\/p>\n

Wir sind dankbar f\u00fcr die Zeit, die Gedanken, die Ermutigung und die F\u00fchrung, die Alan der LIA in den vergangenen drei Jahren geschenkt hat. Sein Beitrag hat dazu beigetragen, die Verbindungen zwischen der internationalen Association und den Menschen zu st\u00e4rken, die Logosynthese\u00ae in ihren eigenen L\u00e4ndern und Gemeinschaften mit Leben erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

Wir w\u00fcnschen Alan f\u00fcr sein weiteres berufliches Studium alles Gute und freuen uns auf seinen weiteren Beitrag und seine Verbindung mit uns allen.<\/p>\n

Derzeit gibt es zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten:<\/p>\n

Social Media Chair<\/strong>
<\/strong>Hilf dabei, die Pr\u00e4senz der LIA und die Verbindung zu unserer gr\u00f6sseren Gemeinschaft \u00fcber soziale Medien und digitale Kommunikation zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n

Events Chair<\/strong>
<\/strong>Hilf dabei, Veranstaltungen zu entwickeln und zu koordinieren, die unsere internationale Gemeinschaft zusammenbringen \u2013 mit M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Lernen, zur Vernetzung und zum Austausch \u00fcber Logosynthese\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Beide Positionen sind deutschsprachige Funktionen im Board of Directors<\/strong>. Englisch und\/oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil, insbesondere aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der LIA und unserer mehrsprachigen Gemeinschaft.<\/p>\n

KI-Kennzeichnungspflicht ab 2. August 2026\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Am 2. August 2026 wird Artikel 50 des EU AI Act wirksam. Damit gelten neue Transparenzpflichten f\u00fcr bestimmte Inhalte, die mit k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz erstellt oder wesentlich ver\u00e4ndert wurden. Dies betrifft auch Logosynthese-Fachkr\u00e4fte, die KI f\u00fcr ihre berufliche Kommunikation, Werbung oder Ausbildungsmaterialien nutzen.<\/p>\n

Eine Kennzeichnung ist insbesondere dann relevant, wenn KI-generierte oder ver\u00e4nderte Bilder, Videos oder Audiodateien real wirken und mit echten Personen, Orten, Ereignissen oder Situationen verwechselt werden k\u00f6nnten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise:<\/p>\n

\u2022 realistisch wirkende Bilder von Klienten oder Sitzungen
\u2022 KI-generierte Testimonial-Videos
\u2022 k\u00fcnstlich erstellte Ausbildungs- oder Seminarszenen
\u2022 wesentlich ver\u00e4nderte Audio- oder Videoaufnahmen<\/p>\n

Offensichtlich symbolische oder illustrative Darstellungen, abstrakte Grafiken, erkennbare Icons sowie einfache Rechtschreibkorrekturen oder technische Bildoptimierungen sind in der Regel nicht kennzeichnungspflichtig.<\/p>\n

Auch bei KI-generierten Texten kann eine Kennzeichnung erforderlich sein, wenn diese die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber Themen von \u00f6ffentlichem Interesse informieren. Reine Werbung, Kursbeschreibungen und unterhaltende Inhalte fallen grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht darunter. Bei fachlichen Erkl\u00e4rtexten empfiehlt es sich jedoch, die Kennzeichnungspflicht sorgf\u00e4ltig zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n

Wie wird korrekt gekennzeichnet?<\/p>\n

Der Hinweis muss unmittelbar erkennbar sein. \u00dcbliche Formulierungen sind beispielsweise:
\u201eAI-generated\u201c
\u201eCreated with AI\u201c
\u201eAI-altered\u201c<\/p>\n

Bei Bildern sollte der Hinweis m\u00f6glichst direkt im Bild stehen. Bei Videos geh\u00f6rt er an den Anfang und bei l\u00e4ngeren Formaten gegebenenfalls zus\u00e4tzlich in den weiteren Verlauf. Bei Audioinhalten muss der Hinweis h\u00f6rbar sein.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Inhalte besteht grunds\u00e4tzlich keine r\u00fcckwirkende Kennzeichnungspflicht. Entscheidend sind je nach Medium der Zeitpunkt der Erstellung und bei Texten zus\u00e4tzlich der Zeitpunkt der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung.<\/p>\n

Wichtig bleibt: Eine KI-Kennzeichnung ersetzt keine Pr\u00fcfung der Urheberrechte, Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrechte, Datenschutzbestimmungen oder berufsrechtlichen Vorgaben. Besonders bei Testimonial-Inhalten und der Darstellung von Klienten ist weiterhin grosse Sorgfalt erforderlich.<\/p>\n

LIA Goes International\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Logosynthesis is reaching more countries and communities around the world. Behind this growth are people who are taking the initiative to introduce and develop the model locally. Here, three pioneers share their vision and their journey.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Uros Rajakovic<\/strong>, a psychotherapist in Serbia and on my way to becoming a Master Practitioner in Logosynthesis. Introducing Logosynthesis to our region has been a profoundly transformative journey, made possible by the invaluable support, mentorship, and supervision we have received from international trainers over the past decade. My work and the growth of our local community are unimaginable without my enthusiastic colleagues, whose shared dedication and peer support drive our daily efforts.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Together, we have created a compassionate foundation that offers a gentle, structured, and effective way for clients to process trauma and restore vital energy. My goal is to keep expanding this supportive network across the region through workshops, seminar assistance, and practitioner certification. Ultimately, we envision Logosynthesis becoming a widely recognized approach for holistic healing and deep personal growth throughout Serbia and beyond.<\/p>\n

I am D\u00e9bora Gionotto<\/strong> and I\u2019m very happy to to be one of the pioneers bringing Logosynthesis to Brazil. As a psychoanalyst, I integrate Logosynthesis into my clinical work, particularly with clients dealing with anxiety, emotional distress, and recurring patterns, and I have already experienced its transformative potential in practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

My goal is to make Logosynthesis increasingly known and accessible in Brazil, while preserving the depth, ethics, and quality of the method, and to create opportunities for workshops and basic training in different regions of the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I believe that when we work on ourselves and heal what needs to be healed, we become more conscious and our inner energy changes, which can positively influence the people around us.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This is one of the reasons I love this work: it is not only about healing ourselves, but about transforming and becoming more conscious. And as our consciousness expands, we can help others expand theirs as well.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Alan Rojas Yacolca<\/strong>, an integrative therapist based in Lima, Peru, serving clients across America and Europe. Logosynthesis has become central to how I work: it delivers fast relief, deep change, and it does so effortlessly, both in my own life and in my work with clients. As founder and director of the Andes Institute, I deliver webinars, programs, and a full training pathway built entirely on the model, with the aim of making Peru the first Spanish-language training pipeline for Logosynthesis and opening the door for Spanish-speaking professionals across Latin America to discover and learn it. This October I take a concrete step on that path: co-training the Basic Seminar alongside Shanda as part of my development toward becoming a certified LIA Trainer. It\u2019s a true privilege and honor to help lead the spread of Logosynthesis in the Spanish-speaking region, because it aligns with my deepest mission: I am here to heal and grow. And I\u2019ve come to see that the greatest way to serve that mission is by training other professionals, therapists, counsellors, and coaches, who each go on to reach many more people than I ever could alone.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the Logosynthesis\u00ae International Association, we extend our sincere thanks to Alan Rojas Yacolca for his service as Chair of Local Organizations and as a member of the Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Alan took on the role in 2023, at an important point in the development of LIA\u2019s governance. His term marked the early development of the English-speaking Board of Trustees governance level, established alongside the German-speaking Board of Directors that had guided the Association since its founding in 2014. With his vibrant, compassionate, and distinctly personal way of connecting with people, Alan helped shape the role and what it could contribute to a growing international community.<\/p>\n

As Chair of Local Organizations, Alan brought energy, connection, and a genuine commitment to supporting the development of Logosynthesis\u00ae communities around the world. He supported established local organizations in the Netherlands, Italy, and the UK, while also contributing to the formation and development of vibrant new Chapters in Serbia and France.<\/p>\n

This work is about much more than organizational structures. Local organizations create opportunities for practitioners and members to meet, learn, share experiences, and bring Logosynthesis\u00ae into their own communities. Alan also understood the importance of international connection. Seven years ago, he was part of the co-creation of Logosynthesis\u00ae Day, which has now become an annual opportunity for our international community to come together.<\/p>\n

We are grateful for the time, thought, encouragement, and leadership Alan has given to LIA over the past three years. As LIA continues to grow and develop as an international community, we are looking for members who would like to contribute their experience, ideas, and energy to the LIA Board of Directors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

AI Labelling Requirements from 2 August 2026<\/h2>\n

Article 50 of the EU AI Act will become applicable on 2 August 2026. This introduces new transparency requirements for certain content created or substantially altered using artificial intelligence. These requirements also affect Logosynthesis professionals who use AI for their professional communication, advertising, or training materials.<\/p>\n

Labelling is particularly relevant when AI-generated or altered images, videos, or audio recordings appear realistic and could be mistaken for real people, places, events, or situations. Examples include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 realistic-looking images of clients or sessions
\u2022 AI-generated testimonial videos
\u2022 artificially created training or seminar scenarios
\u2022 substantially altered audio or video recordings<\/p>\n

Clearly symbolic or illustrative representations, abstract graphics, recognizable icons, simple spelling corrections, and technical image optimization are generally not subject to labelling requirements.<\/p>\n

AI-generated texts may also require labelling if they inform the public about matters of public interest. Advertising, course descriptions, and entertainment content are generally not covered. However, for professional explanatory texts, it is advisable to carefully assess whether labelling is required.<\/p>\n

How should content be labelled correctly?<\/p>\n

The notice must be immediately recognizable. Common wording includes:<\/p>\n

\u201cAI-generated\u201d
\u201cCreated with AI\u201d
\u201cAI-altered\u201d<\/p>\n

For images, the notice should preferably be placed directly within the image. For videos, it should appear at the beginning and, for longer formats, may need to be repeated during the video. For audio content, the notice must be audible.<\/p>\n

In principle, there is no retroactive labelling requirement for older content. Depending on the medium, the relevant factor is the date on which the content was created and, for texts, also the date on which it was published.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that AI labelling does not replace the need to assess copyright, personality rights, data protection requirements, or professional regulations. Particular care is still required when using testimonials or depicting clients.<\/p>\n

Je suis Uros Rajakovic<\/strong>, psychoth\u00e9rapeute en Serbie et en voie de devenir Ma\u00eetre Praticien en Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae. Introduire la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae dans notre r\u00e9gion a \u00e9t\u00e9 un parcours profond\u00e9ment transformateur, rendu possible gr\u00e2ce au soutien pr\u00e9cieux, au mentorat et \u00e0 la supervision que nous avons re\u00e7us de formateurs internationaux au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie. Mon travail et le d\u00e9veloppement de notre communaut\u00e9 locale seraient inimaginables sans mes coll\u00e8gues enthousiastes, dont l\u2019engagement commun et le soutien entre pairs nourrissent nos efforts au quotidien.<\/p>\n

Je suis D\u00e9bora Gionotto<\/strong> et je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse de faire partie des pionniers qui introduisent la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae au Br\u00e9sil. En tant que psychanalyste, j\u2019int\u00e8gre la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae dans ma pratique clinique, notamment aupr\u00e8s de clients confront\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 la d\u00e9tresse \u00e9motionnelle et \u00e0 des sch\u00e9mas r\u00e9currents. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu constater dans ma pratique le potentiel transformateur de cette approche.<\/p>\n

Mon objectif est de faire conna\u00eetre la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae et de la rendre de plus en plus accessible au Br\u00e9sil, tout en pr\u00e9servant la profondeur, l\u2019\u00e9thique et la qualit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le, et de cr\u00e9er des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019ateliers et de formations de base dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du pays.<\/p>\n

Je crois que lorsque nous travaillons sur nous-m\u00eames et que nous gu\u00e9rissons ce qui a besoin de l\u2019\u00eatre, nous devenons plus conscients et notre \u00e9nergie int\u00e9rieure change. Cela peut avoir une influence positive sur les personnes qui nous entourent.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est l\u2019une des raisons pour lesquelles j\u2019aime tellement ce travail : il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement de nous gu\u00e9rir nous-m\u00eames, mais aussi de nous transformer et de devenir plus conscients. Et \u00e0 mesure que notre conscience s\u2019\u00e9largit, nous pouvons aider les autres \u00e0 \u00e9largir la leur.<\/p>\n

Je suis Alan Rojas Yacolca<\/strong>, th\u00e9rapeute int\u00e9gratif bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Lima, au P\u00e9rou, et j\u2019accompagne des clients en Am\u00e9rique et en Europe. La Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae est devenue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de ma pratique : elle permet un soulagement rapide et un changement profond, avec facilit\u00e9, tant dans ma propre vie que dans mon travail avec mes clients.<\/p>\n

En tant que fondateur et directeur de l\u2019Andes Institute, je propose des webinaires, des programmes et un parcours complet de formation enti\u00e8rement fond\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le. Mon objectif est de faire du P\u00e9rou le premier parcours de formation en espagnol en Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae, et d\u2019ouvrir ainsi la porte aux professionnels hispanophones de toute l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine afin qu\u2019ils puissent d\u00e9couvrir et apprendre la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae.<\/p>\n

En octobre, je franchirai une \u00e9tape concr\u00e8te sur ce chemin : je co-animerai le s\u00e9minaire de base avec Shanda, dans le cadre de mon parcours vers la certification de Formateur LIA.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable privil\u00e8ge et un honneur de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae dans le monde hispanophone, car cela correspond \u00e0 ma mission la plus profonde : je suis ici pour gu\u00e9rir et grandir.<\/p>\n

Et j\u2019ai compris que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de servir cette mission est de former d\u2019autres professionnels, th\u00e9rapeutes, conseillers et coaches, qui pourront \u00e0 leur tour toucher beaucoup plus de personnes que je ne pourrais jamais le faire seul.<\/p>\n

En tant que Chair of Local Organizations, Alan a apport\u00e9 son \u00e9nergie, son sens du lien et un engagement sinc\u00e8re en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement des communaut\u00e9s de la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae dans le monde entier. Il a soutenu les organisations locales \u00e9tablies aux Pays-Bas, en Italie et au Royaume-Uni, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et au d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux Chapitres dynamiques en Serbie et en France.<\/p>\n

Ce travail va bien au-del\u00e0 des structures organisationnelles. Les organisations locales cr\u00e9ent des occasions pour les praticiens et les membres de se rencontrer, d\u2019apprendre, de partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et d\u2019introduire la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae dans leurs propres communaut\u00e9s. Alan avait \u00e9galement compris l\u2019importance des liens internationaux. Il y a sept ans, il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la co-cr\u00e9ation du Logosynthesis\u00ae Day, qui est devenu depuis un rendez-vous annuel permettant \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 internationale de se retrouver.<\/p>\n

Obligations d\u2019\u00e9tiquetage concernant l\u2019IA \u00e0 partir du 2 ao\u00fbt 2026<\/h2>\n

L\u2019article 50 du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle (EU AI Act) devient applicable le 2 ao\u00fbt 2026. Il introduit de nouvelles exigences de transparence pour certains contenus cr\u00e9\u00e9s ou substantiellement modifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Ces exigences concernent \u00e9galement les professionnels de la Logosynth\u00e8se\u00ae qui utilisent l\u2019IA dans leur communication professionnelle, leur publicit\u00e9 ou leurs supports de formation.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9tiquetage est particuli\u00e8rement pertinent lorsque des images, vid\u00e9os ou enregistrements audio g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s ou modifi\u00e9s par l\u2019IA paraissent r\u00e9alistes et pourraient \u00eatre pris pour de vraies personnes, de vrais lieux, \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou situations. Parmi les exemples :<\/p>\n

\u2022 des images r\u00e9alistes de clients ou de s\u00e9ances
\u2022 des vid\u00e9os de t\u00e9moignages g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019IA
\u2022 des sc\u00e9narios de formation ou de s\u00e9minaire cr\u00e9\u00e9s artificiellement
\u2022 des enregistrements audio ou vid\u00e9o substantiellement modifi\u00e9s<\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentations clairement symboliques ou illustratives, les graphiques abstraits, les ic\u00f4nes reconnaissables, les simples corrections orthographiques et l\u2019optimisation technique des images ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas soumis \u00e0 ces obligations d\u2019\u00e9tiquetage.<\/p>\n

Les textes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019IA peuvent \u00e9galement devoir \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s s\u2019ils informent le public sur des questions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La publicit\u00e9, les descriptions de cours et les contenus de divertissement ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas concern\u00e9s. Pour les textes explicatifs \u00e0 caract\u00e8re professionnel, il est toutefois recommand\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuer attentivement si un \u00e9tiquetage est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n

Comment \u00e9tiqueter correctement les contenus ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La mention doit \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement reconnaissable. Les formulations courantes comprennent :<\/p>\n

\u00ab G\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019IA \u00bb
\u00ab Cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec l\u2019IA \u00bb
\u00ab Modifi\u00e9 par l\u2019IA \u00bb<\/p>\n

Pour les images, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de placer la mention directement dans l\u2019image. Pour les vid\u00e9os, elle devrait appara\u00eetre au d\u00e9but et, pour les formats plus longs, peut devoir \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e pendant la vid\u00e9o. Pour les contenus audio, la mention doit \u00eatre audible.<\/p>\n

En principe, il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019obligation d\u2019\u00e9tiquetage r\u00e9troactif pour les contenus plus anciens. Selon le support, c\u2019est la date de cr\u00e9ation du contenu qui est d\u00e9terminante et, pour les textes, \u00e9galement leur date de publication.<\/p>\n

Il est important de noter que l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019IA ne remplace pas la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuer les droits d\u2019auteur, les droits de la personnalit\u00e9, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es ou les r\u00e9glementations professionnelles. Une attention particuli\u00e8re reste n\u00e9cessaire lors de l\u2019utilisation de t\u00e9moignages ou de la repr\u00e9sentation de clients.<\/p>\n

La visione della LIA sta prendendo forma: una comunit\u00e0 globale vivace, in cui le persone possono esprimere il proprio potenziale, vivere la propria missione e creare un impatto significativo \u2013 insieme.<\/p>\n

Al centro di questa visione c\u2019\u00e8 la nostra comunit\u00e0 globale \u2013 e voi, i nostri membri.<\/strong> Collegandoci gli uni con gli altri, condividendo ci\u00f2 che sappiamo e creando opportunit\u00e0 per contribuire, possiamo crescere e prosperare insieme.<\/p>\n

La nostra infrastruttura digitale svolge un ruolo importante nel sostenere questa comunit\u00e0 internazionale in crescita. Quest\u2019anno abbiamo iniziato a riprogettare il sito web della LIA per riflettere la nuova identit\u00e0 del nostro marchio. E mentre esploravamo diverse proposte, \u00e8 emersa un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 interessante:<\/p>\n

\u201cEsplorare ci\u00f2 che potrebbe diventare il nostro LIA Village \u2013 e andare oltre l\u2019idea di un semplice sito web.<\/strong>\u201c4<\/p>\n

LIA diventa internazionale<\/h2>\n

Logosynthesis\u00ae sta raggiungendo un numero sempre maggiore di Paesi e comunit\u00e0 in tutto il mondo. Dietro questa crescita ci sono persone che prendono l\u2019iniziativa di introdurre e sviluppare il modello a livello locale. Qui, tre pionieri condividono la loro visione e il loro percorso.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Sono Uros Rajakovic<\/strong>, psicoterapeuta in Serbia e in cammino verso il titolo di Master Practitioner in Logosynthesis\u00ae. Introdurre Logosynthesis\u00ae nella nostra regione \u00e8 stato un percorso profondamente trasformativo, reso possibile dal prezioso sostegno, dal mentoring e dalla supervisione che abbiamo ricevuto da trainer internazionali nell\u2019ultimo decennio. Il mio lavoro e la crescita della nostra comunit\u00e0 locale sarebbero impensabili senza i miei entusiasti colleghi, il cui impegno condiviso e sostegno tra pari alimentano il nostro lavoro quotidiano.<\/p>\n

Insieme abbiamo creato una base accogliente che offre ai clienti un modo delicato, strutturato ed efficace per lavorare con il trauma e recuperare la propria energia vitale. Il mio obiettivo \u00e8 continuare ad ampliare questa rete di sostegno in tutta la regione attraverso workshop, affiancamento nei seminari e certificazione dei practitioner. In definitiva, immaginiamo Logosynthesis\u00ae come un approccio ampiamente riconosciuto per la guarigione olistica e una profonda crescita personale in Serbia e oltre.<\/p>\n

Sono D\u00e9bora Gionotto<\/strong> e sono molto felice di essere tra i pionieri che stanno portando Logosynthesis\u00ae in Brasile. In qualit\u00e0 di psicoanalista, integro Logosynthesis\u00ae nel mio lavoro clinico, in particolare con clienti che affrontano ansia, sofferenza emotiva e schemi ricorrenti. Ho gi\u00e0 potuto sperimentare nella pratica il suo potenziale trasformativo.<\/p>\n

Il mio obiettivo \u00e8 far conoscere Logosynthesis\u00ae sempre di pi\u00f9 in Brasile e renderlo accessibile a un numero crescente di persone, preservando al tempo stesso la profondit\u00e0, l\u2019etica e la qualit\u00e0 del modello, e creando opportunit\u00e0 per workshop e formazioni di base in diverse regioni del Paese.<\/p>\n

Credo che quando lavoriamo su noi stessi e guariamo ci\u00f2 che ha bisogno di essere guarito, diventiamo pi\u00f9 consapevoli e la nostra energia interiore cambia. Questo pu\u00f2 avere un\u2019influenza positiva sulle persone che ci circondano.<\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 uno dei motivi per cui amo questo lavoro: non riguarda soltanto la guarigione personale, ma anche la trasformazione e la crescita della nostra consapevolezza. E man mano che la nostra consapevolezza si amplia, possiamo aiutare anche gli altri ad ampliare la propria.<\/p>\n

Sono Alan Rojas Yacolca<\/strong>, terapeuta integrativo con sede a Lima, in Per\u00f9, e lavoro con clienti in America e in Europa. Logosynthesis\u00ae \u00e8 diventato centrale nel mio modo di lavorare: offre sollievo rapido e cambiamenti profondi, e lo fa in modo naturale e senza sforzo, sia nella mia vita personale sia nel lavoro con i clienti.<\/p>\n

Come fondatore e direttore dell\u2019Andes Institute, propongo webinar, programmi e un percorso formativo completo basato interamente sul modello, con l\u2019obiettivo di fare del Per\u00f9 il primo percorso di formazione in lingua spagnola per Logosynthesis\u00ae e aprire la porta ai professionisti di lingua spagnola in tutta l\u2019America Latina, affinch\u00e9 possano scoprire e apprendere Logosynthesis\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Questo ottobre compir\u00f2 un passo concreto in questa direzione: co-condurr\u00f2 il Basic Seminar insieme a Shanda, come parte del mio percorso verso la certificazione come LIA Trainer.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 un vero privilegio e un onore contribuire alla diffusione di Logosynthesis\u00ae nel mondo di lingua spagnola, perch\u00e9 questo \u00e8 in sintonia con la mia missione pi\u00f9 profonda: sono qui per guarire e crescere.<\/p>\n

E ho compreso che il modo pi\u00f9 significativo per servire questa missione \u00e8 formare altri professionisti, terapeuti, counsellor e coach, che a loro volta potranno raggiungere molte pi\u00f9 persone di quante io potrei mai raggiungerne da solo.<\/p>\n

Alan ha assunto questo incarico nel 2023, in un momento importante nello sviluppo della governance della LIA. Il suo mandato ha coinciso con le prime fasi dello sviluppo del livello di governance anglofono del Board of Trustees, istituito parallelamente al Board of Directors di lingua tedesca che guidava l\u2019Association sin dalla sua fondazione nel 2014. Con il suo modo vivace, compassionevole e profondamente personale di entrare in relazione con le persone, Alan ha contribuito a dare forma al ruolo e a ci\u00f2 che esso poteva apportare a una comunit\u00e0 internazionale in crescita.<\/p>\n

Come Chair of Local Organizations, Alan ha portato energia, connessione e un autentico impegno nel sostenere lo sviluppo delle comunit\u00e0 di Logosynthesis\u00ae in tutto il mondo. Ha sostenuto le organizzazioni locali gi\u00e0 attive nei Paesi Bassi, in Italia e nel Regno Unito, contribuendo allo stesso tempo alla formazione e allo sviluppo di nuovi Chapters vivaci in Serbia e Francia.<\/p>\n

Questo lavoro riguarda molto pi\u00f9 delle strutture organizzative. Le organizzazioni locali creano opportunit\u00e0 per operatori e membri di incontrarsi, imparare, condividere esperienze e portare Logosynthesis\u00ae nelle proprie comunit\u00e0. Alan ha compreso anche l\u2019importanza dei collegamenti internazionali. Sette anni fa ha partecipato alla co-creazione del Logosynthesis\u00ae Day, che oggi \u00e8 diventato un appuntamento annuale per la nostra comunit\u00e0 internazionale.<\/p>\n

Siamo grati ad Alan per il tempo, la riflessione, l\u2019incoraggiamento e la leadership che ha dedicato alla LIA negli ultimi tre anni. Il suo contributo ha aiutato a rafforzare i legami tra l\u2019Associazione internazionale e le persone che danno vita a Logosynthesis\u00ae nei loro Paesi e nelle loro comunit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Entrambe le posizioni sono ruoli all\u2019interno del Board of Directors di lingua tedesca<\/strong>. La conoscenza dell\u2019inglese e\/o di altre lingue costituisce un valore aggiunto, soprattutto considerando la natura internazionale della LIA e la nostra comunit\u00e0 multilingue.<\/p>\n

Obblighi di etichettatura per i contenuti generati dall\u2019IA dal 2 agosto 2026<\/h2>\n

L\u2019articolo 50 dell\u2019EU AI Act diventer\u00e0 applicabile il 2 agosto 2026. Introduce nuovi requisiti di trasparenza per determinati contenuti creati o sostanzialmente modificati utilizzando l\u2019intelligenza artificiale. Questi requisiti riguardano anche i professionisti di Logosynthesis\u00ae che utilizzano l\u2019IA per la propria comunicazione professionale, pubblicit\u00e0 o materiali formativi.<\/p>\n

L\u2019etichettatura \u00e8 particolarmente rilevante quando immagini, video o registrazioni audio generati o modificati dall\u2019IA appaiono realistici e potrebbero essere scambiati per persone, luoghi, eventi o situazioni reali. Alcuni esempi:<\/p>\n

\u2022 immagini realistiche di clienti o sessioni
\u2022 video-testimonianze generate dall\u2019IA
\u2022 scenari di formazione o seminari creati artificialmente
\u2022 registrazioni audio o video sostanzialmente modificate<\/p>\n

Le rappresentazioni chiaramente simboliche o illustrative, le grafiche astratte, le icone riconoscibili, le semplici correzioni ortografiche e l\u2019ottimizzazione tecnica delle immagini generalmente non sono soggette agli obblighi di etichettatura.<\/p>\n

Anche i testi generati dall\u2019IA possono richiedere un\u2019etichettatura se informano il pubblico su questioni di interesse pubblico. La pubblicit\u00e0, le descrizioni dei corsi e i contenuti di intrattenimento generalmente non rientrano in questa categoria. Per i testi esplicativi di carattere professionale, tuttavia, \u00e8 consigliabile valutare attentamente se l\u2019etichettatura sia necessaria.<\/p>\n

Come devono essere etichettati correttamente i contenuti?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019avviso deve essere immediatamente riconoscibile. Formulazioni comuni includono:<\/p>\n

\u201cGenerato dall\u2019IA\u201d
\u201cCreato con l\u2019IA\u201d
\u201cModificato dall\u2019IA\u201d<\/p>\n

Per le immagini, \u00e8 preferibile inserire l\u2019avviso direttamente nell\u2019immagine. Per i video, dovrebbe comparire all\u2019inizio e, nei formati pi\u00f9 lunghi, potrebbe essere necessario ripeterlo durante il video. Per i contenuti audio, l\u2019avviso deve essere udibile.<\/p>\n

In linea di principio, non esiste un obbligo di etichettatura retroattiva per i contenuti pi\u00f9 vecchi. A seconda del mezzo, \u00e8 rilevante la data in cui il contenuto \u00e8 stato creato e, per i testi, anche la data di pubblicazione.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 importante notare che l\u2019etichettatura relativa all\u2019IA non sostituisce la necessit\u00e0 di valutare il diritto d\u2019autore, i diritti della personalit\u00e0, i requisiti in materia di protezione dei dati o le normative professionali. \u00c8 comunque necessaria particolare attenzione quando si utilizzano testimonianze o si rappresentano clienti.<\/p>\n
