In particolare, in questo processo di sviluppo continuo lavoriamo secondo l&#8217;idea che pi\u00f9 sviluppiamo noi stessi e pi\u00f9 profondamente diamo alle persone con cui lavoriamo l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di svilupparsi. Nella formazione continua come OML, i frequentanti vengono introdotti a questo processo. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 accompagnare lo sviluppo di altre persone, l&#8217;approccio \u00e8 lo sviluppo personale come prerequisito per questo. Concorda gli obiettivi di questa formazione in Logosintesi attraverso un contratto. Partecipa alle Master Class, ai Master Lab e alle supervisioni, che sono parte integrante del curriculum OML. Il programma di formazione come Operatore Master comprende i seguenti elementi:<\/p><ul><li>Seminario introduttivo Il Sentiero della presenza<\/li><li>Almeno 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logosynthesis.international\/seminare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master Class <\/a><\/li><li>Sottoscrizione di un contratto di almeno 2 anni con un mentore che accompagni il candidato fino alla certificazione.
