Lourdes Beltran-Salanguit, an ophthalmologist and logosynthesis practitioner from the Philippines, has published a research paper on the effectiveness of logosynthesis. Her research, \u201cEfficacy of Logosynthesis in Reducing PTSD Symptoms and Distress among Adults with Adverse Childhood Experiences,\u201d was published in the Journal of Transpersonal Research on June 20, 2022 and is now available for <a href=\"https:\/\/transpersonaljournal.com\/en\/component\/edocman\/efficacy-of-logosynthesis-in-reducing-ptsd-symptoms-and-distress-among-adults-with-adverse-childhood-experiences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">download at this link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of logosynthesis in adults with adverse childhood experiences by demonstrating a reduction in PTSD symptoms using a multiple baseline design (MBD). This study suggests that the basic logosynthesis procedure is effective in reducing PTSD symptoms, stress, and beliefs in negative cognitions, as well as changing negative to positive cognitions and behaviors.
