ES IST ZEIT ZU FEIERN!<\/h3>\n

Heute, am 25. April 2023, ist ein Meilenstein auf dem Weg der Logosynthese-Gemeinschaft und der LIA. Das erste [Online] Master Practitioner Trainingsprogramm ist abgeschlossen und es war ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg mit viel Lernen auf allen Ebenen und f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.<\/p>\n

Dieses Programm war eine zweij\u00e4hrige Erfahrung, in der wir das Logosynthese-Modell in der Tiefe kennen lernten durch pers\u00f6nliche Arbeit, Praxisgruppen, Mentoring und Supervision. Das Programm war so konzipiert, dass es ein Gleichgewicht zwischen fortgeschrittener Theorie und Philosophie, fortgeschrittener Technik und tiefgreifenden pers\u00f6nlichen Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten bot, wobei letzteres der Eckpfeiler des Programms war.<\/p>\n

Die Teilnehmer wurden eingeladen, ihren eigenen Prozess \u00fcber die gesamte Lebensspanne und dar\u00fcber hinaus in verschiedenen Bereichen und Rollen zu erforschen, zu erkl\u00e4ren und sich mit ihm auseinanderzusetzen, indem sie K\u00f6rper und Geist mit der Essenz im Dienste ihrer Lebensaufgabe integrieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Eine Innovation dieses Programms besteht darin, dass es als eine mehrstufige Lernorganisation konzipiert wurde. Auf einer Ebene lernten die Practitioner, Master Practitioner zu werden. Und auf einer zweiten Ebene lernten unsere Ausbilder, Master-Trainer zu werden, um so die Nachhaltigkeit unseres Logosynthese-Lehrplans und die Ausweitung unseres Modells sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr uns als Organisation war dies auch eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit, weiter zu lernen, wie wir modernste Technologien nutzen k\u00f6nnen, um Lernen und Entwicklung online zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dabei haben wir Fachleute in Amerika, Europa und Asien erreicht. In der Vergangenheit haben wir auch Menschen aus Ozeanien und Afrika erreicht.<\/p>\n

In der letzten Sitzung, die dem Systemprozess gewidmet war, tauschten sich alle Teilnehmer, Ausbilder und das Managementteam \u00fcber ihr Lernen, ihre Einsichten, ihre Erkenntnisse und ihre Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr die gemeinsame Erfahrung aus. Alle feierten und w\u00fcrdigten ihre Reise.<\/p>\n

Dr. Willem Lammers enth\u00fcllte liebevoll, dass dies das letzte Mal war, dass er ein Logosynthese-Training auf dieser Ebene anbot, da er sich nun auf das Schreiben konzentrieren und nur noch Masterkurse und Master Labs leiten wird. Er f\u00e4hrt fort, die Fackel weiterzureichen, wie er es beabsichtigt.<\/p>\n

Die gesamten Practitioner- und Master Practitioner-Ausbildungsprogramme liegen nun in den talentierten H\u00e4nden unserer Trainer und Master-Trainer in der Gemeinschaft. Unser Feld wird gest\u00e4rkt und dehnt sich auf weitere Kreise aus.<\/p>\n

Wir m\u00f6chten unsere Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr die Bem\u00fchungen und das Engagement des Programmleitungsteams, bestehend aus Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O\u2019Donoghue und Willem Lammers, zum Ausdruck bringen. \u00a0Und auch den Master-Trainern danken wir daf\u00fcr, dass sie diese Erfahrung gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmern gemacht und ihr Wissen weitergegeben haben.\u00a0<\/p>\n

IT\u2019s CELEBRATION TIME<\/h3>\n

Today, April 25, 2023 is a milestone in the journey of the Logosynthesis community and LIA. The first [Online] Master Practitioner training program has finished and it was a great success with plenty of learning at every level and for everyone involved.<\/p>\n

This program was a 2-year experience of learning about the Logosynthesis model at depth, personal work, practice groups, mentoring, and supervision. By design, the program offered balance between advanced theory and philosofy, advanced technique, and profound personal development opportunities, being the latter the cornerstone of the program.<\/p>\n

Participants were invited to explore, account for, and engage with their own process in\u00a0 depth across the lifespan and beyond it, in several fields and roles, integrating body and mind with Essence, in the service of their mission in life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

One innovation of this program is that it was designed as a multi-level learning organization. On one level, Practitioners were learning to become Master Practitioners. And on a second level, our trainers were learning to become Master Trainers, thus ensuring the sustainability of our Logosynthesis curriculum and our model expansion.<\/p>\n

This was also a great opportunity for us as an organization to continue learning about how to leverage on cutting edge technology to enable learning and development online, and in doing so, we reached professionals located in America, Europe, and Asia. In the past, we have also reached people from Oceania and Africa.<\/p>\n

In the last session, dedicated to the system process, everyone including the participants, trainers, and management team shared their learning, wisdom, insights, and gratefulness for the experience together. Everyone celebrated and honored their journey.<\/p>\n

There, Dr. Willem Lammers tenderly revealed this was his last time offering training Logosynthesis at this level, as he is now moving on to focus on writing, as well as leading only Master Classes and Master Labs. He continues passing on the torch as he intends.<\/p>\n

The whole Practitioner and Master Practitioner training programs now rely on the talented hands of our Trainers and Master Trainers in the community. Our field strengthens and expands into wider circles.<\/p>\n

We\u2019d like to express our gratitude for the efforts and dedication of the program management team formed by Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O\u2019Donoghue, and Willem Lammers.\u00a0 And also to the master trainers for co-creating this experience with the participants and sharing your learning, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n

C\u2019EST L\u2019HEURE DE LA C\u00c9L\u00c9BRATION !<\/h3>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, le 25 avril 2023 est une \u00e9tape importante dans le parcours de la communaut\u00e9 Logosynthesis et de la LIA. Le premier programme de formation [en ligne] de Ma\u00eetre Praticien est termin\u00e9 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand succ\u00e8s avec beaucoup d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 tous les niveaux et pour toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience de deux ans d\u2019apprentissage du mod\u00e8le de la Logosynth\u00e8se en profondeur, de travail personnel, de groupes de pratique, de mentorat et de supervision. De par sa conception, le programme offrait un \u00e9quilibre entre la th\u00e9orie et la philosophie avanc\u00e9es, la technique avanc\u00e9e et les opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement personnel profond, ce dernier \u00e9tant la pierre principale du programme.<\/p>\n

Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 explorer, \u00e0 rendre compte et \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans leur propre processus en profondeur tout au long de leur vie et au-del\u00e0, dans plusieurs domaines et r\u00f4les, en int\u00e9grant le corps et l\u2019esprit \u00e0 l\u2019Essence, au service de leur mission de vie.\u00a0<\/p>\n

L\u2019une des innovations de ce programme est qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme une organisation d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. \u00c0 un niveau, les praticiens apprenaient \u00e0 devenir des ma\u00eetres praticiens. Et \u00e0 un deuxi\u00e8me niveau, nos formateurs apprenaient \u00e0 devenir des ma\u00eetres formateurs, assurant ainsi la durabilit\u00e9 de notre programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes en logosynth\u00e8se et l\u2019expansion de notre mod\u00e8le.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ce fut \u00e9galement une excellente occasion pour nous, en tant qu\u2019organisation, de continuer \u00e0 apprendre comment tirer parti de la technologie de pointe pour permettre l\u2019apprentissage et le d\u00e9veloppement en ligne, et ce faisant, nous avons atteint des professionnels situ\u00e9s en Am\u00e9rique, en Europe et en Asie. Dans le pass\u00e9, nous avons \u00e9galement atteint des personnes d\u2019Oc\u00e9anie et d\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n

Lors de la derni\u00e8re session, consacr\u00e9e au processus du syst\u00e8me, tous les participants, les formateurs et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction ont partag\u00e9 leur apprentissage, leur exp\u00e9rience, leur compr\u00e9hension et leur gratitude pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue. Chacun a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 et honor\u00e9 son parcours.<\/p>\n

Willem Lammers a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 avec tendresse que c\u2019\u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re fois qu\u2019il proposait une formation \u00e0 la Logosynth\u00e8se \u00e0 ce niveau, car il se consacre d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9criture et \u00e0 l\u2019animation de Master Classes et de Master Labs. Il continue \u00e0 passer le flambeau comme il l\u2019entend.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ensemble des programmes de formation des praticiens et des ma\u00eetres praticiens repose d\u00e9sormais sur les mains talentueuses de nos formateurs et ma\u00eetres formateurs au sein de la communaut\u00e9. Notre domaine se renforce et s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 des cercles plus larges.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Oggi, 25 aprile 2023, segna una pietra miliare nel viaggio della comunit\u00e0 di Logosintesi e della LIA.\u00a0\u00a0Il primo programma di formazione per Operatori Master [online] \u00e8 terminato ed \u00e8 stato un grande successo con un grande apprendimento a tutti i livelli e per tutte le persone coinvolte.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Questo programma \u00e8 stato un\u2019esperienza di 2 anni di apprendimento approfondito del modello di Logosintesi, lavoro personale, gruppi di pratica, tutoraggio e supervisione.\u00a0\u00a0In base alla progettazione, il programma offriva un equilibrio tra teoria e filosofia avanzate, tecnica avanzata e profonde opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo personale, essendo questo la pietra angolare del programma.<\/p>\n

\u00a0I partecipanti sono stati invitati a esplorare, essere responsabili e impegnarsi con il proprio processo di crescita in profondit\u00e0 nel corso della vita e oltre, in diversi campi e ruoli, integrando corpo e mente con l\u2019Essenza, al servizio della propria missione nella vita.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Questa \u00e8 stata anche una grande opportunit\u00e0 per noi come organizzazione per continuare a imparare come sfruttare la tecnologia all\u2019avanguardia per consentire l\u2019apprendimento e lo sviluppo online e, cos\u00ec facendo, abbiamo raggiunto professionisti situati in America, Europa e Asia. In passato abbiamo raggiunto anche persone dall\u2019Oceania e dall\u2019Africa.<\/p>\n

Nell\u2019ultima sessione, dedicata al processo di sistema, tutti, compresi i partecipanti, i formatori e il team di gestione, hanno condiviso insieme il proprio apprendimento, saggezza, intuizioni e gratitudine per l\u2019esperienza. Tutti hanno celebrato e onorato il loro viaggio.<\/p>\n

\u00a0In quel momento il Dr. Willem Lammers ha teneramente rivelato che questa \u00e8 stata l\u2019ultima volta che ha offerto la formazione in Logosintesi a questo livello, poich\u00e9 ora si sta concentrando sulla scrittura, oltre a condurre solo Master Class e Master Labs.\u00a0\u00a0Continua a passare il testimone come \u00e8 suo progetto.<\/p>\n
