Mit offenem Herzen verbinden<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Was hat diese Sommerkonferenz wieder einmal zu einem einzigartigen und besonderen Ereignis gemacht?\u00a0 Die meisten der 50 Teilnehmenden waren \u00a0am Schluss in der Lage, sich mit offenen Herzen zu verbinden \u2013 wie ging das? Mit Vertrauen!<\/p>\n

Wie wird Vertrauen in einer grossen Gruppe aufgebaut, von denen sich die meisten Personen wenig oder gar nicht kennen?<\/p>\n

Ein wichtiger Teil des Konzepts ist die Arbeit in Gruppen mit unterschiedlichen Gr\u00f6ssen. In einer kleinen und stabilen Gruppe ist es leichter, Vertrauen aufzubauen. Deshalb werden Praxisgruppen mit drei oder vier Personen gebildet. Diese Gruppen werden im Laufe der Woche nicht gewechselt. Die Arbeit mit Logosynthese unterst\u00fctzt den Aufbau von Vertrauen in diesen kleinen Gruppen. Wenn das Vertrauen in diesen kleinen Gruppen vorhanden ist, f\u00fchlen sich die Menschen sicher und haben den Mut, sich mit offenem Herzen in den gr\u00f6sseren Arbeitsgruppen zu verbinden. Diese Gruppen bestehen aus etwa 10 Personen und werden von einer Trainerin und einem Co-Trainer geleitet. Auch diese Gruppen bleiben die ganze Woche \u00fcber unver\u00e4ndert.\u00a0 Im Plenum hatten wir in der grossen Gruppe Vortr\u00e4ge zu Themen \u00fcber das Verbinden mit dem offenen Herzen.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir eine spezielle gruppendynamische Erfahrung gemacht: \u00a0wir sassen auf St\u00fchlen, die in der Spirale aufgestellt waren. In dieser Sitzordnung erkundeten wir, was im Bereich der Gruppe im Inneren und im \u00c4usseren, vor sich geht. Das l\u00e4sst neue Einsichten \u00fcber sich und andere zu.<\/p>\n

In einer solchen Struktur ist es m\u00f6glich, sich mit einem offenen Herzen zu verbinden \u2013 auch in einer Gruppe von 50 Personen. Und wenn die Herzen offen sind und ein Austausch m\u00f6glich ist, lernen wir enorm viel\u00a0 auf verschiedenen Ebenen.<\/p>\n

Es entsteht ein sicherer Raum, in dem diese Veranstaltung stattfindet. Die Mitglieder des Managementteams, die Trainer und Co-Trainer bereiten die Struktur, den Ort und die R\u00e4umlichkeiten vor und heissen die Teilnehmer mit offenem Herzen willkommen. Wenn die Teilnehmenden ankommen, sind Vertrauen und Mut bereits im System vorhanden.<\/p>\n

Die diesj\u00e4hrige Konferenz war ein hervorragendes Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie sich Vertrauen und Mut entwickeln kann und wie eine Verbindung aus offenen Herzen m\u00f6glich wird: von der kleinen zur grossen Gruppe.<\/p>\n

Der Lerneffekt \u00fcber Vertrauen, Mut, Essenz und die Matrix auf allen Ebenen \u2013 vom Individuum bis zum grossen System \u2013 ist enorm, und wir werden diese Logosynthese-Sommerkonferenz 2023 nie vergessen.<\/p>\n

Danke an alle, die zu dieser Konferenz beigetragen haben, sei es in der Rolle als Trainerin, Co-Trainerin, \u00dcbersetzerin oder Teilnehmerin. Jede Einzelne und jeder Einzelner waren wichtig f\u00fcr das Zustandekommen dieses Prozesses!<\/p>\n

Connecting From An Open Heart<\/strong><\/h3>\n

What, once again, made this Summer Conference the most unique and special event, where most of the 50 people being part of it were able to connect from an open heart? One important pilar for this to happen, is trust!<\/p>\n

How is trust built in a big group of people, where many don\u2019t know each other?<\/p>\n

An important part of the concept is working in different sizes of groups. It is easier to build trust in a small and stable group. So practice groups of three or four people are built. These groups are not changed, throughout the week. The work with Logosynthesis supports building trust in these small groups. Then, when trust is there in these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect from an open heart in the bigger working groups. These are groups of around 10 people and these groups are led by a trainer and a co-trainer. Also, these groups stay unchanged for the whole week.<\/p>\n

And in the plenary sessions, as the whole group, we had presentations with theoretical and practical topics about connecting from the open heart.\u00a0 Furthermore, we built up a special group dynamic experience, sitting in the spiral and exploring what is going on inside and outside, in the field of the group. This allows for new insights about oneself and others.<\/p>\n

From this structure, it makes it possible to connect from an open heart \u2013 even in the group of 50. And when hearts are open and sharing possible, so much learning is happening on many different levels. <\/p>\n

There is a safe container, which holds this event. The staff with management team, trainers and co-trainers are preparing the structure, the place with the venue and the welcoming of the participants from an open heart. When the participants arrive, trust and courage are already in the system.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s conference was a brilliant example of how trust and courage evolved and how connecting from open hearts was possible: from the small to the big group.<\/p>\n

The learning effect about trust, courage, Essence and the Matrix on all levels \u2013 from the individual to the bigger system was huge and we will never forget this Logosynthesis Summer Conference 2023.<\/p>\n

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this conference, whether in the role of trainer, co-trainer, translator, or participant. Each and every one of you were important for this process to happen!<\/p>\n

Connettersi da un cuore aperto<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cosa ha reso ancora una volta questa conferenza estiva un evento unico e speciale, in cui la maggior parte delle 50 persone che ha partecipato ha potuto connettersi a cuore aperto? Un pilastro importante affinch\u00e9 ci\u00f2 sia potuto accadere \u00e8 stata la fiducia! <\/p>\n

Come si costruisce la fiducia in un gruppo di 50 persone, dove molti non si conoscono? <\/p>\n

Parte del concetto \u00e8 lavorare in gruppi di diverse dimensioni. \u00c8 pi\u00f9 facile creare fiducia in un gruppo piccolo e stabile. Quindi vengono costruiti gruppi di pratica di tre o quattro persone. Questi gruppi non vengono cambiati, per tutta la settimana. La logosintesi supporta la costruzione della fiducia in questi piccoli gruppi. Quindi, quando c\u2019\u00e8 fiducia in questi piccoli gruppi, le persone si sentono al sicuro e hanno il coraggio di connettersi a cuore aperto nei gruppi di lavoro pi\u00f9 grandi. Si tratta di gruppi di circa 10 persone e questi gruppi sono guidati da un formatore e da un co-formatore. Inoltre questi gruppi rimangono invariati per tutta la settimana. <\/p>\n

E nelle sessioni plenarie, con tutto il gruppo, abbiamo avuto presentazioni con argomenti teorici e pratici sulla connessione dal cuore aperto. Inoltre, abbiamo costruito una speciale esperienza dinamica di gruppo, sedendoci nella spirale ed esplorando ci\u00f2 che accade dentro e fuori, nel campo del gruppo. <\/p>\n

Tutto questo rende possibile connettersi da un cuore aperto, anche nel gruppo di 50 persone. E quando i cuori sono aperti e la condivisione \u00e8 possibile, si impara davvero tanto su molti livelli diversi. C\u2019\u00e8 un contenitore sicuro, che contiene questo evento. Lo staff con il team di gestione, i formatori e i co-formatori prepara la struttura, il luogo con la sede e l\u2019accoglienza dei partecipanti a cuore aperto. Quando arrivano i partecipanti, fiducia e coraggio sono gi\u00e0 nel sistema. <\/p>\n

La conferenza di quest\u2019anno \u00e8 stata un brillante esempio di come la fiducia e il coraggio si siano evoluti e di come sia stato possibile connettersi da cuori aperti: dal piccolo al grande gruppo. L\u2019effetto di apprendimento su fiducia, coraggio, Essenza e Matrix a tutti i livelli, dall\u2019individuo al sistema pi\u00f9 grande \u00e8 stato enorme e non dimenticheremo mai questa Conferenza estiva di Logosintesi 2023. <\/p>\n
