From Fawning to Freedom

In this workshop we will explore the development of fawning – the autonomously controlled stress response to danger and conflict through seeking pleasure, giving in, and neglecting one’s own boundaries. You will learn how the fawning response can establish itself in the nervous system and how you can work with logosynthese® step by step.

No signal. No map. Telling old stories Fear that stems from inner knowledge.

Alone in the bottom of a cave in Provence. The phone is off. No map, no one coming. No reception outside – but inside it is very clear. In uncertain times, fear is loud, and we stay where we are. Not for lack of courage, but because we no longer know which inner voice to trust. There is no lack of courage. There is no reception. In this session, you experience what happens when the old alarm goes silent and your own signal takes over. Quietly. Clearly. Perhaps for the first time in a long time.

Living our own mission in uncertain times

No network and yet one Signal. The voice that remains when everything else is silent

All alone in the depths of a cave in Provence. The battery is dead, there’s no network connection, no map. Nobody knows where I am. And yet there is something inside me that is very clear. In uncertain times, fear becomes loud, and we stay where we are. Not because we lack the courage, but because we no longer know which inner voice we can trust. We don’t lack the courage. We lack the signal. In this post, you’ll see what happens when the old alarm goes off and your own signal becomes audible again. Quietly. Clearly. Perhaps for the first time in a long time.
