Die LIA kündigt eine neue Vorstandsstruktur an.
Die Logosynthese ist ein integratives, energetisches Modell zur Unterstützung von Heilung und Entwicklung. Um die Qualität und Weiterentwicklung weiterhin zu unterstützen, strukturiert sich die LIA um! Die neue Organisation soll die internationale Reichweite und die strategische Ausrichtung der LIA widerspiegeln, mit dem Ziel, die LIA-Mitglieder in ihrer Ausbildung und ihrem weiteren Lernen besser zu unterstützen.
An der kommenden Generalversammlung der LIA am 16. März 2023 werden die Mitglieder über die Annahme der neuen Organisation abstimmen und neue Vorstandsmitglieder wählen. Der Vorstand wird aus einem strategischen Gremium und einem operativen Vorstand bestehen. Heike Rudolf von Rohr wird das englischsprachige Board of Trustees als Präsidentin leiten und Ernst Aebi wird das Amt des „Executive Directors” des deutschsprachigen Board of Directors übernehmen.
Die zukünftigen “Chairs” der vorgesehenen neuen Organisation haben sich am 23. November 2022 zu einer Online-Sitzung getroffen und freuen sich darauf, die gemeinsame Arbeit aufzunehmen. Willem bot eine inspirierende Reflexion, um unseren Weg nach vorne zu unterstützen. Willem und Ernst, der die LIA seit ihrer Gründung als Präsident leitet, beschrieben die beeindruckende Entwicklung der heutigen LIA in den letzten neun Jahren. Ernst zeigte der Gruppe dann den Weg zu einer neuen Organisation und Struktur auf.
Heike stellte sich vor und erzählte von ihrer Motivation, sich für die LIA zu engagieren, um die Logosynthese in der Welt zu verbreiten. Sie lud die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer ein, ihre Ziele und Ideen für die bevorstehende Arbeit einzubringen.
Monika Koller Schinca, Vorsitzende „Events”, brachte die Stimmung der Gruppe auf den Punkt: “Meine Arbeit besteht darin, Menschen zu befähigen, und das ist es, was Logosynthese bietet. Die Logosynthese-Gemeinschaft ist eine Familie. Und unsere gemeinsame Arbeit gibt mir Kraft und Hoffnung für eine bessere Welt.”

We wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and a good start to the New Year!
LIA announces new board structure.
Logosynthesis is an integrative, energy model to support healing and development. To continue to support the quality and further development of the model, LIA is restructuring! The new board will reflect an international scope and strategic direction to better support LIA members in their training and further learning.
At the upcoming General Assembly of LIA on March 16, 2023 members will vote to adopt new statutes and elect new Board members. The board will consist of a Strategic Board of Trustees and an Operating Board of Directors. Heike Rudolf von Rohr will lead the English-speaking Board of Trustees as President and Ernst Aebi will assume the position of Executive Director of the German-speaking Board of Directors.
The new Board was excited to meet on November 23, 2022 and are eager to get started in their work together. Willem offered an inspiring reflection to support our path forward. Willem and Ernst, who has been leading the LIA as president since its foundation, described the impressive development of the current LIA in the last 9 years. Ernst then showed the group the path to a new organization and structure.
Heike introduced herself and shared her motivation for the engagement with LIA for spreading Logosynthesis across the world. She invited the participants to express their purpose and ideas for contributing to the work ahead.
Monika Koller Schinca, Chair of Events, captured the sentiment of the group: ‘My work involves empowering people and that is what Logosynthesis offers. The Logosynthesis community is family. And our work together gives me strength and hope for a better world. .’

La LIA annonce une nouvelle structure de son comité directeur.
La Logosynthèse est un modèle intégratif et énergétique de soutien à la guérison et au développement. Pour continuer à soutenir la qualité et le développement, la LIA se restructure ! Le nouveau conseil reflétera une portée internationale et une orientation stratégique pour mieux soutenir les membres de la LIA dans leur formation et leur apprentissage continu.
Lors de la prochaine Assemblée générale de la LIA, le 16 mars 2023, les membres voteront sur l’adoption de nouveaux statuts et éliront les nouveaux membres du conseil d’administration. Le conseil d’administration sera composé d’un comité stratégique et d’un comité opérationnel. Heike Rudolf von Rohr dirigera le Board of Trustees anglophone en tant que Présidente et Ernst Aebi assumera la fonction de Directeur Executif du conseil d’administration germanophone.
Le nouveau conseil était ravi de se réunir le 23 novembre 2022 et a hâte de commencer son travail ensemble. Willem a offert une réflexion inspirante pour soutenir notre marche à suivre. Willem et Ernst, qui dirige la LIA en tant que président depuis sa fondation, ont décrit le développement impressionnant de la LIA actuelle au cours des neuf dernières années. Ernst a ensuite montré au groupe le voie vers une nouvelle organisation et structure.
Heike s’est présentée et a partagé sa motivation pour l’engagement avec LIA afin de diffuser la Logosynthèse a travers le monde. Elle a invité les participants à exprimer leurs objectifs et de leurs idées pour le travail à venir.
Monika Koller Schinca, présidente des événements, a capturé le sentiment du groupe : “Mon travail consiste à autonomiser les gens, et c’est ce que la Logosynthèse offre. La communauté Logosynthèse est une famille. Et notre travail commun me donne de la force et de l’espoir d’un monde meilleur”.

Auguriamo a ciascuno un tempo meraviglioso e un buon inizio di anno nuovo
LIA annuncia la nuova struttura del consiglio di amministrazione.
Logosintesi è un modello energetico integrato per supportare la guarigione e lo sviluppo. Per continuare a sostenere la qualità e l’ulteriore sviluppo del modello, la LIA si sta ristrutturando! Il nuovo consiglio rifletterà una portata internazionale e una direzione strategica per supportare meglio i soci della LIA nella loro formazione e negli ulteriori percorsi di apprendimento.
Alla prossima Assemblea Generale della LIA del 16 marzo 2023 i soci voteranno per adottare nuovi statuti ed eleggere nuovi membri del Consiglio. Il Consiglio sarà composto da un consiglio di amministrazione con carattere strategico e da un consiglio direttivo operativo. Heike Rudolf von Rohr guiderà il Consiglio di amministrazione di lingua inglese in qualità di Presidente ed Ernst Aebi assumerà la carica di Direttore esecutivo del Consiglio direttivo di lingua tedesca.
Il membri del nuovo Consiglio sono stati entusiasti di incontrarsi il 23 novembre 2022 e non vedono l’ora di iniziare a lavorare insieme. Willem ha offerto una riflessione stimolante per sostenere il nostro cammino da qui in avanti. Willem ed Ernst, che ha guidato la LIA come presidente sin dalla sua fondazione, hanno descritto l’impressionante sviluppo dell’attuale LIA negli ultimi 9 anni. Ernst ha quindi mostrato al gruppo il percorso verso una nuova organizzazione e struttura.
Heike si è presentata e ha condiviso la sua motivazione nell’impegno a diffondere Logosintesi in tutto il mondo attraverso Lia. Ha invitato i partecipanti a esprimere il loro scopo e le loro idee per contribuire al lavoro futuro.
Monika Koller Schinca, presidente del settore eventi, ha colto il sentimento del gruppo: “Il mio lavoro implica dare potere alle persone e questo è ciò che offre Logosintesi. La comunità di Logosintesi è una famiglia. E il nostro lavoro insieme mi dà forza e speranza per un mondo migliore.”
