ES IST ZEIT ZU FEIERN!
Heute, am 25. April 2023, ist ein Meilenstein auf dem Weg der Logosynthese-Gemeinschaft und der LIA. Das erste [Online] Master Practitioner Trainingsprogramm ist abgeschlossen und es war ein großer Erfolg mit viel Lernen auf allen Ebenen und für alle Beteiligten.
Dieses Programm war eine zweijährige Erfahrung, in der wir das Logosynthese-Modell in der Tiefe kennen lernten durch persönliche Arbeit, Praxisgruppen, Mentoring und Supervision. Das Programm war so konzipiert, dass es ein Gleichgewicht zwischen fortgeschrittener Theorie und Philosophie, fortgeschrittener Technik und tiefgreifenden persönlichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bot, wobei letzteres der Eckpfeiler des Programms war.
Die Teilnehmer wurden eingeladen, ihren eigenen Prozess über die gesamte Lebensspanne und darüber hinaus in verschiedenen Bereichen und Rollen zu erforschen, zu erklären und sich mit ihm auseinanderzusetzen, indem sie Körper und Geist mit der Essenz im Dienste ihrer Lebensaufgabe integrieren.
Eine Innovation dieses Programms besteht darin, dass es als eine mehrstufige Lernorganisation konzipiert wurde. Auf einer Ebene lernten die Practitioner, Master Practitioner zu werden. Und auf einer zweiten Ebene lernten unsere Ausbilder, Master-Trainer zu werden, um so die Nachhaltigkeit unseres Logosynthese-Lehrplans und die Ausweitung unseres Modells sicherzustellen.
Für uns als Organisation war dies auch eine großartige Gelegenheit, weiter zu lernen, wie wir modernste Technologien nutzen können, um Lernen und Entwicklung online zu ermöglichen. Dabei haben wir Fachleute in Amerika, Europa und Asien erreicht. In der Vergangenheit haben wir auch Menschen aus Ozeanien und Afrika erreicht.
In der letzten Sitzung, die dem Systemprozess gewidmet war, tauschten sich alle Teilnehmer, Ausbilder und das Managementteam über ihr Lernen, ihre Einsichten, ihre Erkenntnisse und ihre Dankbarkeit für die gemeinsame Erfahrung aus. Alle feierten und würdigten ihre Reise.
Dr. Willem Lammers enthüllte liebevoll, dass dies das letzte Mal war, dass er ein Logosynthese-Training auf dieser Ebene anbot, da er sich nun auf das Schreiben konzentrieren und nur noch Masterkurse und Master Labs leiten wird. Er fährt fort, die Fackel weiterzureichen, wie er es beabsichtigt.
Die gesamten Practitioner- und Master Practitioner-Ausbildungsprogramme liegen nun in den talentierten Händen unserer Trainer und Master-Trainer in der Gemeinschaft. Unser Feld wird gestärkt und dehnt sich auf weitere Kreise aus.
Wir möchten unsere Dankbarkeit für die Bemühungen und das Engagement des Programmleitungsteams, bestehend aus Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O’Donoghue und Willem Lammers, zum Ausdruck bringen. Und auch den Master-Trainern danken wir dafür, dass sie diese Erfahrung gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmern gemacht und ihr Wissen weitergegeben haben.

Es ist unsere Absicht, dass sich das Logosynthese-Modell in der Welt ausbreitet, und jeder einzelne dieser Menschen ist nun Botschafter in seinen lokalen Gemeinschaften. Wir freuen uns darauf, mit Ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Logosynthese dort zu verbreiten, wo Sie sind.

IT’s CELEBRATION TIME
Today, April 25, 2023 is a milestone in the journey of the Logosynthesis community and LIA. The first [Online] Master Practitioner training program has finished and it was a great success with plenty of learning at every level and for everyone involved.
This program was a 2-year experience of learning about the Logosynthesis model at depth, personal work, practice groups, mentoring, and supervision. By design, the program offered balance between advanced theory and philosofy, advanced technique, and profound personal development opportunities, being the latter the cornerstone of the program.
Participants were invited to explore, account for, and engage with their own process in depth across the lifespan and beyond it, in several fields and roles, integrating body and mind with Essence, in the service of their mission in life.
One innovation of this program is that it was designed as a multi-level learning organization. On one level, Practitioners were learning to become Master Practitioners. And on a second level, our trainers were learning to become Master Trainers, thus ensuring the sustainability of our Logosynthesis curriculum and our model expansion.
This was also a great opportunity for us as an organization to continue learning about how to leverage on cutting edge technology to enable learning and development online, and in doing so, we reached professionals located in America, Europe, and Asia. In the past, we have also reached people from Oceania and Africa.
In the last session, dedicated to the system process, everyone including the participants, trainers, and management team shared their learning, wisdom, insights, and gratefulness for the experience together. Everyone celebrated and honored their journey.
There, Dr. Willem Lammers tenderly revealed this was his last time offering training Logosynthesis at this level, as he is now moving on to focus on writing, as well as leading only Master Classes and Master Labs. He continues passing on the torch as he intends.
The whole Practitioner and Master Practitioner training programs now rely on the talented hands of our Trainers and Master Trainers in the community. Our field strengthens and expands into wider circles.
We’d like to express our gratitude for the efforts and dedication of the program management team formed by Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O’Donoghue, and Willem Lammers. And also to the master trainers for co-creating this experience with the participants and sharing your learning, too.

C’EST L’HEURE DE LA CÉLÉBRATION !
Aujourd’hui, le 25 avril 2023 est une étape importante dans le parcours de la communauté Logosynthesis et de la LIA. Le premier programme de formation [en ligne] de Maître Praticien est terminé et a été un grand succès avec beaucoup d’apprentissage à tous les niveaux et pour toutes les personnes impliquées.
Ce programme a été une expérience de deux ans d’apprentissage du modèle de la Logosynthèse en profondeur, de travail personnel, de groupes de pratique, de mentorat et de supervision. De par sa conception, le programme offrait un équilibre entre la théorie et la philosophie avancées, la technique avancée et les opportunités de développement personnel profond, ce dernier étant la pierre principale du programme.
Les participants ont été invités à explorer, à rendre compte et à s’engager dans leur propre processus en profondeur tout au long de leur vie et au-delà, dans plusieurs domaines et rôles, en intégrant le corps et l’esprit à l’Essence, au service de leur mission de vie.
L’une des innovations de ce programme est qu’il a été conçu comme une organisation d’apprentissage à plusieurs niveaux. À un niveau, les praticiens apprenaient à devenir des maîtres praticiens. Et à un deuxième niveau, nos formateurs apprenaient à devenir des maîtres formateurs, assurant ainsi la durabilité de notre programme d’études en logosynthèse et l’expansion de notre modèle.
Ce fut également une excellente occasion pour nous, en tant qu’organisation, de continuer à apprendre comment tirer parti de la technologie de pointe pour permettre l’apprentissage et le développement en ligne, et ce faisant, nous avons atteint des professionnels situés en Amérique, en Europe et en Asie. Dans le passé, nous avons également atteint des personnes d’Océanie et d’Afrique.
Lors de la dernière session, consacrée au processus du système, tous les participants, les formateurs et l’équipe de direction ont partagé leur apprentissage, leur expérience, leur compréhension et leur gratitude pour l’expérience vécue. Chacun a célébré et honoré son parcours.
Willem Lammers a révélé avec tendresse que c’était la dernière fois qu’il proposait une formation à la Logosynthèse à ce niveau, car il se consacre désormais à l’écriture et à l’animation de Master Classes et de Master Labs. Il continue à passer le flambeau comme il l’entend.
L’ensemble des programmes de formation des praticiens et des maîtres praticiens repose désormais sur les mains talentueuses de nos formateurs et maîtres formateurs au sein de la communauté. Notre domaine se renforce et s’étend à des cercles plus larges.
Nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude pour les efforts et le dévouement de l’équipe de gestion du programme composée de Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O’Donoghue et Willem Lammers.

È TEMPO DI CELEBRAZIONE!
Oggi, 25 aprile 2023, segna una pietra miliare nel viaggio della comunità di Logosintesi e della LIA. Il primo programma di formazione per Operatori Master [online] è terminato ed è stato un grande successo con un grande apprendimento a tutti i livelli e per tutte le persone coinvolte.
Questo programma è stato un’esperienza di 2 anni di apprendimento approfondito del modello di Logosintesi, lavoro personale, gruppi di pratica, tutoraggio e supervisione. In base alla progettazione, il programma offriva un equilibrio tra teoria e filosofia avanzate, tecnica avanzata e profonde opportunità di sviluppo personale, essendo questo la pietra angolare del programma.
I partecipanti sono stati invitati a esplorare, essere responsabili e impegnarsi con il proprio processo di crescita in profondità nel corso della vita e oltre, in diversi campi e ruoli, integrando corpo e mente con l’Essenza, al servizio della propria missione nella vita.
Un’innovazione di questo programma è che è stato concepito come un’organizzazione di apprendimento multilivello. Ad un livello, gli studenti stavano imparando a diventare Operatori Master. E a un secondo livello, i nostri formatori stavano imparando a diventare Formatori Master, garantendo così la sostenibilità del nostro curriculum di Logosintesi e l’espansione del nostro modello.
Questa è stata anche una grande opportunità per noi come organizzazione per continuare a imparare come sfruttare la tecnologia all’avanguardia per consentire l’apprendimento e lo sviluppo online e, così facendo, abbiamo raggiunto professionisti situati in America, Europa e Asia. In passato abbiamo raggiunto anche persone dall’Oceania e dall’Africa.
Nell’ultima sessione, dedicata al processo di sistema, tutti, compresi i partecipanti, i formatori e il team di gestione, hanno condiviso insieme il proprio apprendimento, saggezza, intuizioni e gratitudine per l’esperienza. Tutti hanno celebrato e onorato il loro viaggio.
In quel momento il Dr. Willem Lammers ha teneramente rivelato che questa è stata l’ultima volta che ha offerto la formazione in Logosintesi a questo livello, poiché ora si sta concentrando sulla scrittura, oltre a condurre solo Master Class e Master Labs. Continua a passare il testimone come è suo progetto.
Tutti i programmi di formazione per Operatori e Operatori Master ora si affidano alle mani talentuose dei Trainer e Master Trainer della nostra comunità. Il nostro campo si rafforza e si espande in circoli più ampi.
