IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE!

Today, on April 25, 2023, a milestone has been reached in the journey of the Logosynthese community and the LIA. The first [Online] Master Practitioner Training program has been completed and it was a great success with a lot of learning at all levels and for all involved.

This program was a two-year experience in which we learned the Logosynthesis model in depth through personal work, practice groups, mentoring, and supervision. The program was designed to offer a balance between advanced theory and philosophy, advanced techniques, and profound personal development opportunities, with the latter being the cornerstone of the program.

The participants were invited to explore, explain and engage with their own process across the entire lifespan and beyond in various fields and roles by integrating body and mind with the essence in service of their life’s mission.

An innovation of this program is that it was designed as a multi-level learning organization. At one level, the practitioners learned to become Master Practitioners. And at a second level, our instructors learned to become Master Trainers, ensuring the sustainability of our logo synthesis curriculum and the expansion of our model.

For us as an organization, this was also a great opportunity to learn more about how we can use cutting-edge technologies to enable learning and development online. We reached out to professionals in America, Europe, and Asia. In the past, we have also reached out to people from Oceania and Africa.

In the final session, dedicated to the system process, all participants, trainers and the management team exchanged their learning, insights, findings and gratitude for the shared experience. Everyone celebrated and honored their journey.

Dr. Willem Lammers revealed with affection that this was the last time he offered a Logosynthesis training at this level, as he is now focusing on writing and will only be teaching Master Courses and Master Labs from now on. He goes on to pass on the torch as he intended to do.

The entire Practitioner and Master Practitioner training programs are now in the capable hands of our trainers and Master Trainers in the community. Our field is being strengthened and expanding to include more circles.

We would like to express our gratitude for the efforts and commitment of the program management team, consisting of Christin Aanerud, Suzanne von Blumenthaal, Mary O’Donoghue, and Willem Lammers. We also thank the master trainers for sharing this experience with the participants and passing on their knowledge.

We would also like to thank the Master Trainers for taking on the role of supervisors and mentors to guide and support our participants. A heartfelt thank you to: Shanda Woodin, Patrizia Luise, Fabio Pierotti, Astrid Klein Lankhorst and Pamela Burkhalter.

At LIA, we are delighted that our community is investing in the certification to become a Master Practitioner and Master Trainer. It is our intention that the Logosynthesis model spreads throughout the world, and each and every one of these individuals is now an ambassador in their local communities. We look forward to working with you to spread Logosynthesis wherever you are.

Celebrate the future of Logosynthese and our community with us!
