Key Points on the 7th LIA General Meeting at a Glance
The Presidents’ Charter was adopted, and the participants at the General Assembly took note of the reports from the department heads. The LIA has grown to 47 (!) out of 269 members, and our information and newsletters received significantly more attention than in the previous year. The year 2020 will be reflected in the 2021 budget. Next year will mark the first Logosynthesis certification and the 25th anniversary of “Best Inspiration for Practitioners.” Christin Annerud was re-elected for a three-year term. She already took over the Certification Commission in the spring of 2020. The German-language Logosynthesis Symposium will take place from May 6 to 8, 2022. The LIA’s membership grew from 47 (!) to 269, and our newsletters received more than twice as much attention as in the previous year. The 2020 annual financial statements and the 2021 budget were approved. Despite the pandemic, many more candidates were trained in Logosynthesis, and 25 practitioners were newly certified. Ernst Aebi (as president) and Luzia Graf Lammers were unanimously re-elected to the board of directors for another three years. Christin Aannerud was newly elected for a three-year term. She has already been leading the certification committee since spring 2020. The German-language Logosynthesis symposium has been rescheduled for May 6–8, 2022.
