I love the lush vegetation that has finally burst into bloom here in Nova Scotia. And yes, we’re much later than most other places. I remember attending a Logosynthesis workshop in Drogheda, Ireland, with Mary O’Donoghue in February 2018, and I was amazed by the green grass in winter! Last week, I was reminded that we’re never far from life-changing events, as wildfires have destroyed not only our beautiful forests but also homes and livelihoods here in Nova Scotia and across Canada. For me, Logosynthesis offers a valuable model for supporting healing and progress during these times. I look forward to meeting colleagues and friends at the summer conference later this month and at the upcoming LIA Board of Directors meeting in early July, where we will continue to shape the organization. I wish everyone a wonderful summer.
Cathy Caswell, President of Communications and Community Building
