Monika introduces herself

Monika Koller Schinca
Event manager

Love Monika, du have been responsible for the events department at LIA for two years. What are your tasks and what do you want to achieve at the LIA? My job is to create attractive platforms by organizing events where people can learn new things, have personal experiences and exchange ideas with exciting people. At the same time, events increase the awareness of Logosynthesis and invite people to get to know Logosynthesis in a beautiful setting and experience its impact.

Tell us something about your professional background. What ultimately motivated you to get involved with the LIA and what is particularly important to you? I have been working as a coach for over 10 years and have been working successfully with logosynthesis for just as many years. I originally studied food science at the ETH in Zurich, but I missed people when I worked with products. That’s why I completed part-time coaching training in 2001. I discovered logosynthesis in 2010 and have been working with it ever more intensively since then. Since good quality is important to me and I find it absolutely necessary that there is a global association like the LIA that structures and holds a lot of things together, I decided to take part in the LIA. I really like the events department because I like being around people and I like to organize things.

What is special about logosynthesis for you? What I particularly like about logosynthesis is how elegantly and efficiently it dissolves blockages. As a companion, I don’t even have to know very much about the topic. It’s enough if I’m relaxed and present and just follow the energy. I work with what is currently showing up. What’s great is that Logosynthesis also works wonderfully for people who are hearing the sentences of Logosynthesis for the first time. I recently offered a one-hour event on the topic of stress over lunch and the participants all had a significant reduction in stress. I have to honestly say that I personally wouldn’t want to miss logosynthesis, because it helped me develop a lot spiritually and was able to work on many blocking topics. I probably wouldn’t be self-employed today without this work. Even outside of my job, logosynthesis gives me the security of being able to overcome all difficulties because it always brings me back to my essence.

Monika, do you have another example of your work with logosynthesis? Yes, of course, gladly. Some time ago a woman came to me because of various fears. She had learned from an overly anxious mother that the world was dangerous. Every step beyond her garden gate made her fearful. She had heard that wingwave, who I also work with, worked very well. Already in the second session I offered her to work with logosynthesis. The topic seemed huge, as other family aspects also seemed to play an influence. In the fifth session, a shape emerged in the form of a pipe that represented these fears. This pipe was in the client’s back. We applied the phrases to this pipe and the fears magically disappeared. From that moment on, the client felt free and could live her life the way that was right for her. I myself wouldn’t have expected that we would achieve a breakthrough so quickly. I am always amazed at how wonderfully logosynthesis works, in a way that is not rationally comprehensible.
Thank you for the interview, Monika. We wish you much success in implementing your plans and look forward to the next LIA event.

Qu’est-ce que vous trouvez de particulier à Logosynthesis ? What I like most about Logosynthesis is the elegance and effectiveness with which it dissolves blockages. As a coach, I don’t even need to know much about it. I just need to be relaxed and present and just follow the energy. I work with what presents itself in the moment. The great thing is that Logosynthesis also works wonderfully for people who are hearing the Logosynthesis phrases for the first time. I recently offered a one-hour stress event during lunch and the participants all saw a significant reduction in their stress. I have to honestly say that for me personally, I would not want to miss Logosynthesis, because it allowed me to grow a lot spiritually and to work on many blockage problems. From that moment on, the client felt free and was able to live her life as she saw fit. I didn’t expect us to make a breakthrough so quickly. It always amazes me how Logosynthesis works in wonderful, rationally incomprehensible ways.
