Connect with an open heart
What made this summer conference yet another unique and special event? By the end, most of the 50 participants were able to connect with one another openly and honestly. How did that happen? With confidence!
How is trust built in a large group where most people know each other only a little or not at all?
An important part of the concept involves working in groups of varying sizes. In a small, stable group, it is easier to build trust. That is why practice groups consist of three or four people. These groups will remain unchanged throughout the week. Working with Logosynthesis helps build trust within these small groups. When trust exists in these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect openly in the larger working groups. These groups consist of about ten people and are led by a facilitator and an assistant facilitator. These groups also remain unchanged throughout the week. During the plenary session, we had large-group presentations on topics related to connecting with an open heart.
In addition, we had a unique group dynamic experience: we sat in chairs arranged in a spiral. With this seating arrangement, we explored what was happening both within and outside the group. This provides new perspectives on yourself and others.
In a setting like this, it’s possible to connect openly—even in a group of 50 people. And when hearts are open and dialogue is possible, we learn a great deal on many different levels.
A safe space is created in which this event takes place. The members of the support team, the trainers, and the assistant trainers prepare the structure, the venue, and the facilities, and welcome the participants with open arms. By the time the participants arrive, trust and courage are already present in the system.
This year's conference was an excellent example of how trust and courage can grow and how open-hearted connection is possible—from small groups to large ones.
The learning effect on trust, courage, essence, and the matrix at all levels—from the individual to the larger system—is enormous, and we will never forget this 2023 Logosynthesis Summer Conference.

This structure makes it possible to connect openly—even within a group of 50 people. And when hearts are open and sharing is possible, so much learning takes place on many different levels.

The staff—including the leadership team, trainers, and co-trainers—put their hearts into preparing the structure, the venue, and the welcome for the participants. By the time the participants arrive, a sense of trust and courage is already in the air.
