Curriculum for the Practitioner in Logosynthese®

The Practitioner training in Logosynthese® is aimed at professionals in coaching, counseling, supervision, psychotherapy, pedagogy, adult education and/or other forms of counseling who are qualified through comprehensive, completed training in this field. The fundamentals of these professions are not taught in the Practitioner curriculum; they are assumed. The Practitioner Curriculum focuses on learning, applying, and deepening the fundamentals of logo synthesis. This support in the development of the client is only possible if the professional themselves continuously develops. Therefore, comprehensive personal development of the learners is essential to optimally support clients. Topics that are addressed in logo synthesis include, for example:

• Resolution of blockages in life planning and career
• Conflict management
• Blockages at performances in front of large groups
• Difficulties in reaching decisions
• Tensions in the partnership and family
• Managing body symptoms
• Unleashing emotional blockages
• Dealing with learning blockages and exam fears
• Anxiety in communication in the workplace

As a consultant, coach, supervisor, and educator, you will learn a new model of thinking and methods to complement and deepen your existing experience and expertise.

Professionals in the field of psychotherapy who treat pathological patterns in feelings, thoughts, and behavior offer an important extension of existing models, e.g. in the processing of traumatic events, phobias, eating disorders, and depression.

The Certificate in Logosynthese® demonstrates that you can safely and professionally apply logosynthese in your practice and have also undergone a personal development process to comprehensively support people within your scope of competence.
As a certified practitioner in logo synthesis, you are allowed to mention this title in your qualifications and officially use the logo synthesis. As a LIA member, you will on the website listed and thus easily found by potential clients.

The completion of the course is a prerequisite for certification as an instructor, Master Practitioner or Trainer in logo synthesis®.

The Practitioner in Logosynthese® course is offered by recognized trainers and teachers. It consists of 12 seminar days, supervision, and a written final project. The further training begins with the introductory seminar Logosynthese Basic. You decide yourself the further seminars and topics, as well as the order of your participation, depending on your interests and specializations. The seminars offer theoretical presentations, live demonstrations, and opportunities for discussion in plenary sessions, as well as exercises in practice groups in which you take turns acting as client, companion, coach, or observer.

The further training includes the following elements:

• Participation in Logosynthesis Basic. This seminar provides an overview of the model and the methodology, with theoretical presentations, demonstrations, and exercises.
• Participation in Logosynthesis Live. This workshop provides the opportunity to explore the model and the effects of logo synthesis based on the personal experiences of the participants.
• Participation in at least three of the four multi-day events Way seminars:
  The path of courage, the path of will, the path of trust, or the path of presence.
• Two days of group supervision or three hours of individual supervision. Accredited supervisors can be found here. here.
• Participation in a practice group with 4-6 sessions per year
• A written final project about one's own learning experience with logosynthesis, with a case study on working with a client/client, which must be supervised before submission..
