Connect with an open heart
What made this summer conference once again a unique and special event? At the end, most of the 50 participants were able to connect with open hearts – how did that work? With confidence!
How is trust built in a large group where most of the people know each other little or not at all?
An important part of the concept is working in groups of different sizes. In a small and stable group it is easier to build trust. That’s why practice groups are formed with three or four people. These groups will not be changed throughout the week. Working with logosynthesis supports building trust in these small groups. When trust exists in these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect with open hearts in the larger work groups. These groups consist of around 10 people and are led by a trainer and an assistant trainer. These groups also remain unchanged throughout the week. In the plenary session we had lectures in the large group on topics about connecting with an open heart.
In addition, we had a special group dynamic experience: we sat on chairs that were set up in the spiral. In this seating arrangement we explored what was going on inside and outside the group. This allows new insights about yourself and others.
In such a structure it is possible to connect with an open heart – even in a group of 50 people. And when hearts are open and exchange is possible, we learn a tremendous amount on different levels.
A safe space is created in which this event takes place. The members of the management team, the trainers and assistant trainers prepare the structure, the location and the premises and welcome the participants with an open heart. When the participants arrive, trust and courage are already present in the system.
This year’s conference was an excellent example of how trust and courage can develop and how a connection from open hearts is possible: from the small to the large group.
The learning effect about trust, courage, essence and the matrix at all levels – from the individual to the large system – is enormous, and we will never forget this Logosynthesis Summer Conference 2023.

Connecting From An Open Heart
What, once again, made this Summer Conference the most unique and special event, where most of the 50 people being part of it were able to connect from an open heart? One important pilar for this to happen, is trust!
How is trust built in a big group of people, where many don’t know each other?

These groups are not changed, throughout the week. The work with Logosynthesis supports building trust in these small groups. Then, when trust is there in these small groups, people feel safe and have the courage to connect from an open heart in the bigger working groups. These are groups of around 10 people and these groups are led by a trainer and a co-trainer. Also, these groups stay unchanged for the whole week.
And in the plenary sessions, as the whole group, we had presentations with theoretical and practical topics about connecting from the open heart. Furthermore, we built up a special group dynamic experience, sitting in the spiral and exploring what is going on inside and outside, in the field of the group. This allows for new insights about oneself and others.
From this structure, it makes it possible to connect from an open heart – even in the group of 50. And when hearts are open and sharing possible, so much learning is happening on many different levels.
There is a safe container, which holds this event. The staff with management team, trainers and co-trainers are preparing the structure, the place with the venue and the welcoming of the participants from an open heart. When the participants arrive, trust and courage are already in the system.
This year’s conference was a brilliant example of how trust and courage evolved and how connecting from open hearts was possible: from the small to the big group.

Connettersi da un cuore aperto
Cosa ha reso ancora una volta questa conferenza estiva un evento unico e speciale, in cui la maggior parte delle 50 persone che ha partecipato ha potuto connettersi a cuore aperto? Un pilastro importante affinché ciò sia potuto accadere è stata la fiducia!
Come si costruisce la fiducia in un gruppo di 50 persone, dove molti non si conoscono?
Parte del concetto è lavorare in gruppi di diverse dimensioni. È più facile creare fiducia in un gruppo piccolo e stabile. Quindi vengono costruiti gruppi di pratica di tre o quattro persone. Questi gruppi non vengono cambiati, per tutta la settimana. La logosintesi supporta la costruzione della fiducia in questi piccoli gruppi. Quindi, quando c’è fiducia in questi piccoli gruppi, le persone si sentono al sicuro e hanno il coraggio di connettersi a cuore aperto nei gruppi di lavoro più grandi. Si tratta di gruppi di circa 10 persone e questi gruppi sono guidati da un formatore e da un co-formatore. Inoltre questi gruppi rimangono invariati per tutta la settimana.
E nelle sessioni plenarie, con tutto il gruppo, abbiamo avuto presentazioni con argomenti teorici e pratici sulla connessione dal cuore aperto. Inoltre, abbiamo costruito una speciale esperienza dinamica di gruppo, sedendoci nella spirale ed esplorando ciò che accade dentro e fuori, nel campo del gruppo.
Tutto questo rende possibile connettersi da un cuore aperto, anche nel gruppo di 50 persone. E quando i cuori sono aperti e la condivisione è possibile, si impara davvero tanto su molti livelli diversi. C’è un contenitore sicuro, che contiene questo evento. Lo staff con il team di gestione, i formatori e i co-formatori prepara la struttura, il luogo con la sede e l’accoglienza dei partecipanti a cuore aperto. Quando arrivano i partecipanti, fiducia e coraggio sono già nel sistema.
La conferenza di quest’anno è stata un brillante esempio di come la fiducia e il coraggio si siano evoluti e di come sia stato possibile connettersi da cuori aperti: dal piccolo al grande gruppo. L’effetto di apprendimento su fiducia, coraggio, Essenza e Matrix a tutti i livelli, dall’individuo al sistema più grande è stato enorme e non dimenticheremo mai questa Conferenza estiva di Logosintesi 2023.
